Dissatified overall. Slow service and unattentive waiters, mgrs, and staff. Started dinner at 4pm on Saturday and didn't leave until 6pm; way too long. Spent 75-80٪ of the time waiting for meats, bread, and refills. Not sure what the exact issue was...poor preparation, not enough staff, no idea. I saw the managers huddling up and talking but not doing much. Had two large parties here before and service was great but when it comes to normal dinner service, its more misses than hits. Don't think I can come back here.

This was not our first visit to Fogo de Chão, but it was my first time celebrating my birthday there. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the service. The hostess appeared overwhelmed and was somewhat rude, which set a negative tone from the beginning. Although we had a reservation for 7:00 PM, we were not seated until 7:34 PM, despite the table being vacant since we arrived at 6:50 PM. After being seated, it took another 15 minutes before a server approached us to begin our full churrasco experience and take our drink order. Throughout the evening, it seemed as though our table was overlooked; while other guests received multiple rounds of meat service, we often only received one. Additionally, the server mentioned I would receive a complimentary dessert for my birthday, but that was never brought to the table. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, especially for a birthday celebration, and regrettably, we do not plan to return.

Our sever was awesome. It was loud and crowded but it was also Father’s Day so not a huge surprise. The cuts of meat were very tasty and perfectly cooked. We had the option to pick rare, medium rare, medium, etc.

They didn’t honor reservations, and sat parties based on first come first serve. Our server took our drink order, never took our food order, and just automatically gave us one of the popular experiences. Our server never came back at all to refill drinks, check on us, or even provide us the bill at the end. We did not get to try all of the meats as our table was usually skipped even though we had our green markers visually available. We had to ask someone else to bring our bill, and that person made big errors on the bill by adding 100% gratuity to my portion of the bill. I had to ask for it to be fixed. We sat around for a minimum of 30 minutes, waiting for someone to come back to our table. I understand it was a holiday, but it seemed very mismanaged and we left very disappointed. It was our first time there, and it will also be our last.

The Full Churasco is a perfect way to experience dining here. Delicious salads, fresh fruit, open charcuterie, soups and stews are the perfect compliment to amazing table-side cuts of mouthwatering carved meats. The lamb was seasoned deliciously. It was a little chaotic with short staff and some management were short with their words, but we didn’t let it get n the way of great family time and a good meal.

I made a reservation and you still get put on the waiting list to get seated. Roughly waited 15 minutes and had to wait another 10 minutes for a server to come by the time you’re eating you’re already more than 30 minutes in completely overpriced they fill you with the Bad cuts of meat first not worth the $75 all you can eat experience.
