   Love the vibe of this restaurant. The food was delicious and incredible. This was my fourth time dining at Stella’s and the service has always been great. But, tonight our service was subpar. The server never shared the specials, didn’t clear glasses and checked in at odd and irregular intervals. We will be back, but I hope the service will be more consistent.

   Food and service both outstanding. Noise level is higher than we would like. Interesting ambiance other than that.

   Stella's easily takes the top spot for Boulder dining! We took a close friend to Stella's for his 60th birthday and it was truly a magical evening. My new quest in life is to figure out how to duplicate their bread, it's crunchy outside and soft inside and absolutely wonderful. I love to cook and I usually judge restaurants by how their food compares with what I could make at home, usually I win! Not so with Stella's, everything they served me from the bread to the cauliflower soup, roasted beet salad, to the perfectly prepared fillet and the pistachio creme brulee were definitely above anything I could make at home. Hence my new quest to duplicate their bread, can't let them best me everywhere! The final comment I would add is the about the price. For an evening like this I would have expected a much higher bill, something in the region of $100 per person plus drinks. None of us ordered alcohol but we only spent $60 per person which felt like an incredible value for the dining experience they gave us.

   Everything from the service to the food is just spectacular. This restaurant is second to none in the area. I’ve been here many times and it never disappoints. Can’t wait to return!

   Going to Stella’s is like no other dining experience in Boulder. Beginning with the “speakeasy” entrance and the long, beautifully decorated hallway leading to the dining area. Once seated in the modern, swanky and comfortable surroundings, you feel as if you have been transported to a faraway destination. London? Perhaps. Singapore? Perhaps. NYC? Perhaps. The food was terrific and the service was impeccable! A must try! Then, you’ll be back!

   All style, no substance with nyc/miami pricing. Felt like I was in a tacky club with a new chef trying to make a name for themselves utilizing new techniques but failing. The wine I had tasted like vinegar The salad was dry and the croutons were rock hard The crudo was fine, but was tiny for the price The pasta was actually quite good, but I found three olives in my bolognese. Why was that in there? The broccolini was super oily. Service was spectacular though. Shout out to the wait staff.

   Too loud! It’s beautiful inside but it’s a too chaotic and overstimulating. I almost wanted to leave.

   We were enchanted by the staff and food at Stella’s Cucina. We were seated by our delightful hostess, Milena and excellently tended to by our waiter, Jacob. Each course was not only delicious but eye catching. Every bite of the pistachio crema dessert was fantastic! The owner, Jason answered all of our curious culinary questions with aplomb and we truly loved the whole experience. We would give this restaurant the highest of praise to all of our friends and family!

    We went to Stella’s for our anniversary, and the staff was so friendly and thoughtful! Every dish we ordered was amazing, especially the short rib. The Terra Misu is a must have for dessert. Erik was especially friendly and knowledgeable and gave truly excellent service.
