This is our new favorite place! We don't go out much, but like to have a special night out on our anniversary. This is our second year celebrating at Jackalope, and it won't be our last. Hannah, our server, was helpful, knowledgable, attentive without being overbearing. All the staff were welcoming and wished us a happy anniversary, we felt very special. And last but not least, the food was outstanding!

This restaurant has a great backyard garden area that is delightful. We had a lovely birthday dinner there last night. My prawns were really good, the duck confit was great and the steak au poivre was good, not great. The downside was the new potato and snow pea salad.... very little potato and stringy snow peas which was disappointing. The service from Mark was okay, room for improvement but good enough. We brought our own birthday cake which came with a $25 charge which is understandable/fair but when it came time to light the candles our waiter brought us a lighter that didn't work and left us to our own devices. Like I said, room for improvement there. The bread presentation was excellent as were the dishes so extra points for that to the chef. Ita worth it just to sit in the garden area which is unique in Bend.

Great food and ambiance. My steak was overcooked but they got a new one out very quickly and were very nice about it. The duck is incredible and the garden seating is the best in town.

We must say that our recent dining experience exceeded our expectations in such a positive way. We have considered Jackalope as the “go to” special occasion establishment for fine dining. This was our first time dining outside in the atria and would recommend this , weather permitting. The entrees were fantastic, shrimp with polenta and king salmon with risotto! Excellent service by the entire staff.

The Jackalope back patio is for certain the most beautiful dining environment in Bend summer. Worth a visit alone, but the food is also among Bend’s top spots.

We always enjoy eating outside in the back. We have brought numerous guests with us and they have also been pleased with the ambiance and the food.

The service was excellent and the inside dining room was moody without being gloomy. The terrace dining is also excellent, weather permitting. The food is artfully presented and is consistently delicious. We had salmon cakes, duck confite, and encrusted lamb chops. The lamb chops were served with morel risotto and broccoli. When we visit Bend we always dine at the Jackalope Grill!

For our second time dining here, we experienced the new chef and their petite menu that guarantees the highest of quality for each dish! Also, our wait staff were delightful and we look forward to returning again!

Good food, excellent service, but soooo loud its hard to converse with cross table diners. Wish they had more sound deadening. Loudest experience we have had here. We will go again earlier in the evening.

Wonderful service, delicious wine and food. The cost was a bit high for what you got, though, so this is a special occasion restaurant for me.
