Have been to True Food many times and have been very pleased with the food and service however this past visit was off. One of are party specifically inquired if the dish he wanted to order was vegan and he was told yes. As it turned out it wasn’t and they had to remake it as a vegan dish. When the check came we were charged for both which I was told told by the server that the manager told her to do. After questioning it they finally took it off. We also ordered deserts which came with ice cream. The amount of ice cream on one of the plates seemed extremely skimpy compared to the other. A couple of the entrees were less than hot as well. Just an off night all around which is very unusual there. One word of caution in the parking lot. Many of the spaces on the lower level are marked for compact cars and we parked in one only to find a yellow warning tag on our windshield that said that space was for oversized vehicles and if we did it again our car would be towed. Be careful as the parking lot is not clearly marked and is very confusing.

Hostess was not pleasant and borderline rude. We almost left but luckily server was great and personable. Great healthy options and loved the mocktails

We were seated promptly and greeted by our server. She made sure to introduce herself to us and brought menus and water. It’s always nice to be acknowledged. She gave us plenty of time to look at the menu before ordering. Food came out quickly as ordered. The Turkey Burger and American Burger were perfect. We never felt rushed to eat and leave even though it was getting busy. Will be back
