Pacific Catch, the Bay Area’s premier fishhouse restaurant group, is opening its first location in San Diego County in October at Westfield UTC. The menu features sustainable seafood served in a wide variety of styles from appetizers and sharing plates to healthy bowls, sushi, tacos and burgers, complemented by a full bar and craft cocktails. The new restaurant will offer two destination patios, an open air cocktail bar, intimate booths and communal dining tables for larger parties. With ample street level parking adjacent to the restaurant, it’s a convenient option for all-day dining

They have revamped their menu. They’ve taken away all of the nice salad options and they’ve increased the prices dramatically. The service was awful, the waiter literally gave us a dirty look twice. I will not be back.

The restaurant was under staffed, had to ask 3 times CAN WE HAVE SOME WATER. I had to stand outside of the kitchen to get the waiter to give me a bill. Will not be going back

I take my daughter and dog to this restaurant regularly because the staff and food are always great. At a recent visit, we received a server whom we had never met so service was sparse. Initially, he never made eye contact when taking our order and never refilled my daughter's specialty iced tea so she was left to drink water for the rest of the evening. The heater in the patio was on full-blast, and we had to ask multiple staffers to shut it off. It wasn't that cold outside, and the temperature was a nice 72 degrees. Was informed the heater shut off is not responding so we were left to sweat it out and fan ourselves with menus. Other than those hiccups, the food was great.

Food was delicious! Our server Ashley was extraordinary. She was very busy as it was Father’s Day but she was attentive during our entire dinner. This has become my favorite restaurant where I as a vegetarian and my husband as a seafood lover both leave happy with food choices and again fabulous service!

The service was severely lacking. Our waiter did not check on us once after the food was served. The food was very good.
