                                                              I stopped in for a solo dining experience early on a weeknight. The team made me feel very comfortable. The pork chop and sweet potato hash were great. I tried the olive oil cake. I was unsure what to expect, but it was pleasantly orange flavored and quite tasty. I would definitely go again. It is worth noting that the restaurant adds 20% to every check to go to the servers and benefit related expenses, so there is no tip line on the bill.

                                                              Tried the famous Primo Grill for the first time to celebrate daughter’s graduation. Ambience was welcoming and open. We had a reservation and were seated right away. It was a busy for a Thursday evening. After being seated it took about 10-15 minutes to be greeted by our server and given water. Then about 15 more minutes for our drink order and to ask about starters. Their old fashion was a light handed pour and the virgin margarita for $14 dollars was a disappointment. We ordered the fried Brussels sprouts, focaccia bread, and crostini. Apps were pretty mild in flavor and we were not impressed. For dinner we ordered ravioli, penne vodka, two pizzas, two Cesar salads, and the chicken dish. Pizza was delicious, pasta was house made and we ate them entirely. Chicken had good flavor. Cesar salads were a bit bland. Apps and salad I would rate a 4/10, dinner I would say 7/10. Service continued to be very slow and inattentive. We were not checked on once after getting our food. This was the most expensive dinner we’ve had for our family and unfortunately left a bit disappointed. Also, they automatically include 20% tip charge in your bill. Non-negotiable. While we support tipping service workers and also benefits for employees, service is not up to par to justify a $60 dollar tip!

                                                              Great food, calamari and mussels for an appetizer….and split a Caesar salad. Good thing we did. All of the portions were very generous Entree…3 pasta’s and one apple pork chop. It was packed, so happy we made a reservation. Our server was super…I’m sorry I can’t recall her name, but she was incredible. Attentive and spot on with everything. We were there yesterday for Father’s Day…..already planning our next dinner at Primo. S. Gaston

                                                              Our server was Naomi. She made the experience much better than it would have been. We shared an appetizer (crostini and Brie) and both had pasta. Very good food but service was outstanding.

                                                              Creative food, fun atmosphere, great for our table of six. Service was slow maybe due to it being Saturday. Dessert was phenomenal. Would come back again with foodie and friends
