We had a horrible experience on the Sunday night prior. I notified the manager. Matt refunded our meal and we tried again. This time food and service was excellent

The food is usually excellent, but the beef was significantly undercooked and had to be sent back twice. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to enjoy it.

It’s a good steakhouse, the food was what you would expect from this type of restaurant, nothing extraordinary but not bad either. The service was ok, we were a very large party that basically took over most of the restaurant except for a couple of tables and you would expect they were a little more accommodating but the management from the very beginning was very confrontational.

Excellent dinner here. The steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered. The sides are family style and the portions were good - we ordered 3 sides for 4 people and had a little left over. Would recommend dinner here.

Last night in Marco Island for my wife and I, and decided to try Steak and Prime based on the recommendation of a friend. We made reservations the day prior. Although not busy when we arrived at 6:30 pm, the restaurant filled up quickly. Reservations are recommended. Food and service were both excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive (though not overly). Both steaks were cooked to perfection. Sides were both excellent as well. Extensive wine and spirit menu, and great ambiance - very cozy inside, with outdoor seating also available. The only miss, one steak and one side (broccolini) were not hot (were warm) when they arrived at the table - though this did not detract from the experience. We would go back, and would recommend.
