The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat.

We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats.
You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

I was expecting a bit more considering how much we paid and the restaurant coming up as a top Brazilian restaurant. I’m not sure if it’s due to the location but I regretted taking my spouse there for Father’s Day. The food wasn’t labeled on the bar. Some of the meat and food was bland. We had to remind our several times to bring lamb chops to our table. The servers kept forgetting or to wasn’t really listening due to the noise in the restaurant. It was average to me compared to the other Brazilian steakhouses I’ve visited.

This is a top-quality, high-end Brazilian steakhouse with the all-you-care-to-eat deal you’ve come to expect. The Lobster bisque is excellent (5/5) and the cheese and salad bar has everything (5/5). The mains were great. My favorites were the buffalo rib (5.2/5), ribeye steak (5.2/5) and the grilled pineapple (5/5), but each of the multitude of meats were top-notch. I ran out of stomach before they ran out of anything.
