Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Complementing the candy, the café will also offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.

Made a reservation for 7:30 for my and my husband’s anniversary. I was excited to try the food and drinks. We made it there around 7:16pm. I spoke with Hostess (who was super nice) and I said we are early so we understand that we have to wait but she IMMEDIATELY sat us. We got to the table and a group of 4 on my left was finishing their meal and the ladies to my right had placed their order shortly after we got there. We sat and discussed the menu, watched staff sing happy birthday to someone and two severs checked their tables at least 3 times before anyone even acknowledged us. The waitress for the table to my right stopped and asked if we would like waters while she gets our waitress. We said yes. A few moments later she PHYSICALLY brought our waitress to our table and said this is your table. The young girl rolled her eyes, said ok, and walked away. Her tone and body language appeared as if she didn’t want to be there. Again, not even asking if we wanted to order drinks, appetizers or anything. We again waited for her and she came out with the staff to sing to another table. So we said if she doesn’t stop this time, we are done. They finished. She walked back into the kitchen area and not coming out again. So we sat at the table with our untouched waters and menus. We got up, I gave the menus back to the hostess and informed her the waitress never came and left.

The food, drinks, and desserts were amazing! Fun atmosphere and great staff. I can’t wait to go back!

Very fun restaurant! One of our orders was mixed up so they took it off the bill and gave it to us for free. Great drinks!

Our waitress Sierra (Ciara) was the life of the restaurant! She made excellent food recommendations and gave us the best experience overall! Would definitely recommend!

Came here for my daughter 14th birthday I was surprised when they informed me it would be a 25 dollar surcharge plus you had to purchase a desert for them to sing Happy birthday to her. The last time we were here about 3 years ago my other daughter she got to pick a song and the wait staff dance for her ,there was no extra fee it was all included in the Sugar Factory experience. While the atmosphere is really nice. The food nothing exciting it was average. Took 45 minutes for us to get our food and they include 18% gratuity on the check. Disappointed how businesses nickle and dime you on everything.

FREEZING!! Bring a parka. It was so cold. We did enjoy the food, our server was phenomenal, and everyone loved the desserts. Based on the 60F interior, I’d probably go somewhere else next time.

The kitchen was out of order, so all we could get was ice cream. Fine. Okay. HOWEVER, it was so freezing cold in a ridiculous way!! Even my husband (wearing a jacket) was so cold he was miserable. Apparently, the a/c was also broken. We were told that maintenance workers were there to fix it, but the general manager's office was hot, so they were all called to go there instead of fixing the Sugar Factory. The wants of the one outweighed the needs of the many.

Took my son for his graduation. The service was amazing! They even surprised us with ice cream to celebrate him! Service amazing. The food I do not love but the drinks, desserts, shakes and place are very nice. My kids had a good time! Will go back for dessert and drink only next time.
