We’ve dined here many times with different friends. We sit in a quiet section of the restaurant, and the food is always tasty. This time, however, the chef was swearing and yelling at his colleagues in the (open) kitchen, somewhat ruining our evening. Our server was trying hard, but the cocktails were improperly made, and it didn’t seem like she had much help. My husband spoke to the manager (brother of the owner?), who didn’t appear to care. We received a discount on our food; however, we won’t be back for a while, if ever, sorry to say.

They had a large party and lack of staff caused our appetizers to take over an hour. Entrees came out and looked like they were thrown together. Over sauced and sloppy. We brought out of town family in for an authentic Mediterranean experience and left extremely disappointed.

Caspian Cafe is a well balanced dining experience: good food, service and ambiance. Table service was excellent; wait-staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll be back.

We took a client for dinner and had to apologize to the client for the food quality. We chose the restaurant because it was highly rated on several sites so either one of two things… people in Colorado have no idea what good Greek/Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food is like OR something has gone wrong at the restaurant and the hired a McDonald’s kid to cook “authentic” European food. From the watery flavorless humus to the terrible entrées, it was all very very bad. No one, no one, at the table finished their meal and it embarrassed me that I took clients there.

Always a great experience, excellent service by Solyn and Masjid, superb tasty food, the rib special was super tender and awesome Mediterranean rub. Love it every time, can't wait for next time.

Very nice restaurant and well chosen menu items. Food was prepared very good. But the restaurant seems pretty dated. Seems like it’s 20 years overdue for a if you don’t really care how it looks then it’s a good place to go

I brought a group here from work. Service is great, food is delicious and my co-workers were all very happy. I already love this restaurant and I was happy to share with my colleagues. Definitely recommend!!
