NOVA Kitchen & Bar is an experiential dining destination, exploring the five elements—wood, fire, earth, metal and water—to engage and tantalize the five senses of taste, smell, sight, touch and sound. The result? An ethereal and magical experience. Inspired by the transient astronomical event of a moving star, Nova empowers guests to experience the five dimensions of life on earth like they never have before.

We have a strict 10 minute grace period for reservations. At least half of your party must be present to be seated. Parties who are running late should call the restaurant prior to your reservation time to ensure your reservation doesn't get canceled. There are no same day reservations on Friday and Saturdays. Walk-ins are always welcome.

We had an amazing experience At Nova. Food was amazing as always and service 5 stars. We tried a bit of everything from the menu. I highly recommend this place. Don't forget to get your parking ticket validated. Perfect date night spot.

I would say this was a mediocre dining experience. Staff seemed like we were more of a nuisance than we were anything else and it took quite a bit to try to get service. They seemed annoyed if we ask questions on the menu or about certain drinks. As for the food, there is definitely not much value for what you get in the food was just kind of mediocre. There was nothing really special about it. And then while we were eating at the bar, they started cleaning the bar so we got a bunch of chemical smells while we were eating. It’s a bummer, We waste at our $50 dining credit on this restaurant.

It was way overpriced for what you get. The server and the manager was snooty and condescending. Small portions which look good, but taste poorly. It is a place that looks good in pictures, but far under delivers in person. Go somewhere else.

Update: Came back for the 100 piece sashimi and 15oz wagyu steak, and I cannot believe I waited two years to try it again. The staff provided a beautiful birthday mochi dessert, and it was lovely. Absolutely outstanding service.
