   Missed out reservation time and waited 1 1/2 hours to get food in the lounge. Awful service

   Disappointing service. Took almost 2 hours to serve a few grilled cheeses and a burger. One person’s meal came 20 minutes later than the rest. Nobody checked in to apologize or see how we were doing at any point. Not an ideal place for a group dinner unless you have an entire night to spend there. Food was good but very heavy. Nice ambiance although hard to hear across the table.

   We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation. 45 minutes later, they seated us at the bar. After explaining that we were on a date for Valentines Day, the re-sat us directly next to the service station where they race to enter their orders at the computer. We asked to move to any of the other open tables, but they denied the request. After another 1 hour and 20 minutes, our food finally arrived. It looked and tasted microwaved. We left without eating it. We asked for water that never came, and had to remind them of our drink order 4 times. We will not be dining here again.

   Great location for drinks and nibbles -- lovely ambiance and good for people watching. Food is good but not out-of-this-world. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

   Love the Hudson. The service, food, and ambiance is usually very good. This experience was not unlike the ones before, the only thing...the kitchen was out of the 2 plates we were asking for. Bummer. But I will definitely be back.

    I’ve been to this restaurant a few times and have never had as bad an experience as I did tonight. The service was horrible. The food took almost two hours to come out and half of it was cold. Drinks took forever to come out despite the restaurant being relatively empty. After all of that, we didn’t get an apology. There was no explanation. Nothing was comped. It was like this was their normal. I don’t know what happened to this place, but I won’t be back.
