I arrived with my walker, went into a door. Could not climb the stairs. It was difficult to find the reception desk. I waited 20 minutes and nobody showed up at the reception desk. Once seated, our party had to wait from 6:50 until A 7:45 to get our orders taken. When I asked for bread for the table probably took a half hour to 45 minutes. There was not enough water given to us to drink. Most of the tables around us were empty. And our server service Was atrocious. I didn’t want to make waves because I was there for my birthday. Several times I thought about calling the restaurant to get them to send the server over. Then they have the nerve to charge 22% gratuity onto the bill. I paid it, but if that gratuity was supposed to be for wonderful service, then there was not wonderful service. I doubt any of us will ever return. And there was a party of eight not seven.

None of us had ever been to Enzo’s before. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, the pizza was phenomenal. The bread served before the meal was so good. We had two baskets. All of the food tasted fresh and delicious. When we got the bill, we were elated. Eating out has become so expensive and it was really a great deal for that delicious food. Service was great also. We recommend this restaurant to anybody who loves Italian food.

As always, the food and service at Enzo's is always delicious and excellent. This was our second time, and it was so good we brought our mom this time.

We love dining at Enzo’s. The quality of the food is always consistent … very good. The portions of the food served are always generous. Service is above and beyond. It’s one of the best places we go to whenever we are in Rancho Mirage.

We enjoy the Happy Hour at Enzo's, never been in the dining room before. It was a bit dark for old eyes. Mary, our server was terrific. Food was good, not outstanding, drinks were good. Will go back for Happy Hour.

Our server was very efficient and helpful. The restaurant is large and more dimly lit than was comfortable for us. More light at the table would have been nice. The food was tasty but not as warm as it should have been.
