We pretty much always enjoy eating here but we had a bad experience this time. The waiter didn’t pay attention to the bbq fire when adjusting the fire. As a result, it was either turned too high or too low which discounted the experience significantly. The meat were burnt or undercooked due to this. She didn’t check to see if we need any additional drink or any help at all. It’s hard to find her even if we need anything .

Be careful with when you book! We booked for a Saturday night and was rushed to get out before we were even sat. Along with this, we were sat at a super small table for a party of 5 and it took us 40+ minutes to get served drinks. Our server was near us and paid more attention to his phone than his tables. They also didn’t change our grill enough. Nothing was changed until we asked MULTIPLE employees for the manager.

Food was great, the experience of cooking yourself on the table while is nice, lots of food for the price, but on the side of cleanliness they need to do more. Everything on the table was sticky and not clean properly.

Over the years, the food quality went down, all meats are too salty, and the service quality went down as well. I will never go back

When we called to do the reservation this past Sunday knowing we mentioned we have a 2 month old baby, they did not informed us their AC was broken in the back of the restaurant but the front of the restaurant AC was working. I feel like they sat us in the back because we have a baby does not want the crying to disturb other customers in the front. Instead they want to sit us in the back with just fans on and it was 95 degrees outside. We left because our baby could have definitely overheat. We went next door to eat ramen instead with AC that was working
