   We love this restaurant! Carlos and his wonderful staff always go above and beyond to take care of us when we visit! And…the food is the best around!!! The upscale preparations and high quality foods are just incredible! Seafood is always very fresh. I can’t rant and rave enough about how good everything we’ve ever ordered has tasted. We are blown away. 10/10 recommend and can guarantee we will be back! Thank you, Carlos!

   Let me start by saying the food was good however the service was horrible. I made reservations on OpenTable for 5 people noting that I had to basically do a deposit in case I were to cancel. We made it to the restaurant, we were greeted by nobody at the service desk. We waited a good 15 minutes until somebody actually greeted us. Carlos did not ask if we had reservations. He eventually seated us as if they weren’t even ready for the reservation. They seated us at a table for four and crammed an extra seat in for 5 people next to a makeshift bar. A black couple behind us did not make reservations and were turned away. We waited another 10 minutes at the table until they took our drink requests. We had questions about the wine menu and the server head no patience to explain anything to us because there was an entire restaurant and two servers. The servers were also making drinks at the bar. I eventually complained to Carlos and said that the service was awful. He actually took our dinner requests and the food came out quickly. The food was good, but not for the price and the wine menu was ridiculously priced. I felt like a second class citizen there. I’ve been to Prime 25, PepperTree, Craftwood, The Famous, etc. and this place has no business trying to claim to be in their league with the service offered. I read online that a few years ago Carlos was trying to pass Wagyu beef off as Kobe. What a joke. I will never go back.

   As always, Carlos’s Bistro does not disappoint! The level of service is extraordinary! They have a great attention to detail as well. Food is impeccable! Can’t wait for our next evening with Carlos and the amazing staff!

   Very extensive menu and everything we ordered was first rate. Service was off the charts as well as wine selection. The only drawback is the value on a straight monetary view. The overall value is well worth it, but be prepared to not think about food prices.

   Went here for our 20 year anniversary. We have always wanted to eat here so it was the perfect celebration. Carlos and staff are very friendly. Well worth the cost!

   Our first time there and what an experience! From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, you are treated like you are the only one there. We truly loved the service and the food. Everything was amazing!

   This is for sure, a special celebration place to go. The food is exceptional and being met outside by the owner was both unexpected and welcome. I also loved how each person took the time to learn the names of everyone in our party. We will go back for special occasions.

   Carlos and Stephanie were wonderful hosts. Excellent food and experience. You must go here if visiting Colorado Springs or anywhere in the area.

   The food was delicious and the owner/chef was very passionate about his creative dishes. The rock music in the restaurant was an interesting choice for the type of restaurant, helping us reminisce to our high school/college days. Definitely a do-over restaurant!
