Been here many times, food and value are great. Service is generally good. Wings, meatballs, fish and chips, ahi tuna stack are all good choice’s. Portions are generous.

My husband had the past bolognese and I had the swordfish. Both delicious. Our friend had the chicken piccata and practically licked her plate clean.

We hadn't been to The Grill in a while. When we arrived around 5:30pm the place was dead. It eventually picked up, but died again. The food and service was very good. The menu seems lacking. I'm not sure we'd return very soon.

The food was great and the service was excellent. However, the map from OPENTABLE took me in a totally different direction. So, not sure why?

The Grill has a great location in downtown LA Quinta. They have a creative menu and several outstanding salads. The tuna appetizer is a keeper too. Adding the blackened salmon to a salad is always tasty. A full bar and good beer/wine selections and fun people watching helps to pass the time. The big challenge for the Grill is pace and attention. The servers are overburdened and can't keep up with the number of tables they have to cover. Service is friendly and apologetic, but you just have to bank on being patient. The meals never disappoint, but maybe that's just because you're hungry. 😉 Still, one of our favorites, so we will always be back.

Used to be one of my favorites. The Brussels sprouts were drowned in sauce and burned. The French dip tasted like the frozen steak ums you get at a dive bar. Just seems to be a bit off from prior experiences.
