Victor Garvey at the Midland Grand in St Pancras is absolutely the best dining experience i have ever had!! The wine perfectly chilled and a delicious choice I hadn't tried before, The food was quite simply stunning each mouthful packed with flavour and beautifully presented. Get in quick before the next Michelin Star and the prices go up!

Overpriced DISASTER - Hands down the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The food was bland. The portion sizes for the a la cart were like canapés. I went for a client dinner and was so embarrassed by the evening I had to offer everyone burgers for their journey back home because they were left hungry and dissatisfied. Service was obnoxious and pretentious. Save your money and go somewhere else - anywhere else!!!

I have never had a meal where so much flavour is imparted with every bite. The chefs have a very high level of skill, executing dishes to bring so much flavour through a number of different ingredients which all meld together in each mouthful. Honestly, I didnt always understand what I was eating, the staff did well to explain the dish when they served. Possibly one of the best meals I have ever had. We had the set menu and while initially I thought each plate of food was small, we were full by the end of the menu and could not have had more. Coupled with the champagne, expertly recommended by the sommelier, this is an experience I am so glad I had - and will save the pennies to do this again! Fantastic restaurant which gave me an experience I have never had before. The restaurant felt very very dim towards the end of the meal - something I dont always enjoy.

Fantastic food - excellent ingredients and kitchen operating to a high standard. Stunning setting and very friendly staff. We went at lunchtime on a Friday. The restaurant was quiet which is a shame given the standard. Perhaps symptomatic of the fine dining scene in London currently.

The food and service couldn’t be improved. Accessing the restaurant as a disabled person was difficult. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but it would have helped to either have a level access, or if that wasn’t possible to have had handrails beside the steps would have made it much easier.

Pretty much pitch perfect. Great space. Service succinct. Excellent wine list. Fabulous food only lament is as ever in restaurants the veg element is compromised but the presentation of the dishes was artful as well as delicious. And a cheese trolley at last! Frozen glasses for dry martini making which was composed exactly as it should be which happens so rarely..........

Friendly staff, one of the best dining rooms anywhere and incredible food. This is top-notch fine dining. There's some incredible British product used in dishes with a strong mediterranean approach and some touches of Asia. It's the ability to surprise that's so wonderful here. Go while you can. When this place gets the Michelin recognition it deserves, the prices will go up and availability will evaporate!
