We don't take ourselves too seriously at Jax Fish House. Two things we do take seriously? The freshness and sustainability of our seafood. You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it-and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week. Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. We consider the stocks of the species we source to prevent overfishing and we work with suppliers who harvest in ways that have minimal impacts on marine environments.

Outstanding food - we had oysters, calamari, Caesar salad, and the bread was amazing. Allie was our server and she was prompt, friendly, and super helpful!

Good food and service very good. My wife’s 83rd birthday and really puny and poor Birthday dessert for a $200 dinner! Not impressed. Two months ago had sister-in-laws birthday dinner at this Jax. All very good, including free birthday dessert that four of us enjoyed. What a change this time…a really poor excuse for a dessert!

Extensive menu of varied fish served in an attentive and friendly manner. We enjoyed both our ahi tuna and black cod entrees, along with the Caesar salad and bread in a deliciously seasoned oil. The atmosphere is simultaneously lively yet private. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The fish, scallops and oysters were great. Shannon the bartender shook us up the best martini. The only problem is the noise level when you are seated by a 10 top who were probably on their 2nd martini ! I wouldn’t choose to go on a 3 day weekend. Probably big family groups
