Service is off the charts and the food is just impeccable. Seating arrangements could be better thought-out but I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for something a little fancier than usual.
Parking is a challenge, I'm surprised they don't have some sort of valet situation set up.
Once again the food and service were spot on. We started with a random selection of cheeses, followed by English white asparagus, brussel sprouts, Meyer lemon schnitzel and a ribeye to finish.
Service is comparable to a four star restaurant. Highly recommend you eat here.
Delightful dining experience to celebrate a birthdate. All the dishes from start to finish were delicious. Highly recommend when this whole virus thing blows over.
everything was very nice and food was amazing
Republique is amazing. Every dish was delicious from the potato and leek beignets and the smoked salmon eclairs to the short ribs
and broccoli . It is the best redoing Lis Angeles.
Met a couple friends for dinner and brought a few wines. Service and food were excellent.
As always just fabulous.
The dishes are creative and spectacularly delicious. Our waiter was very helpful, and, overall, the service was attentive without being fussy.
Beautiful ambience, disappointed with the main courses. Great dessert. Sommelier commented that she does not have time for American wines, too busy with French burgundy. Server with attitude, but not as bad as the sommelier.
Still trying to figure out which was my favorite dish. The little gem salad was incredible how the light dressing made the lettuce tans out more.. the big eye tuna and the burrata appetizers were incredible. Fresh pasta and mushrooms and the octopus were so incredibly delicious. Wine that was paired with our meal was perfect. Can’t wait to visit again soon.
YO ITS GOOD
Always the best food.
Birthday dinner for family. I would normally hesitate to say noise level was in the quiet side but at the back it’s very manageable. Excellent service and food. Shared everything as they recommend. Easy valet parking.
From the moment we arrived until we left, the service and the food was terrific!
As always -- a classic and it continues to be a great spot for a good meal.
Great food though portions are small. beautiful place with great ambiance...pretty loud but not terrible. Staff is awesome!
You absolutely cannot go wrong with this place. Always a great hang, still one of the best restaurants in LA
Great for groups. The food, drinks, service and atmosphere are amazing. I would not recommend for a date or meeting because of the noise levels. The food, drinks, service and atmosphere are amazing.
Food and service was great. We ate in the back room and it was definitely darker than I prefer.
The food was fresh and delicious with every course. We had a wonderful server that answered all of our questions and helped guide us through a menu that had so many delicious options. Without even getting to the fantastic main courses and sides, I could eat the baguettes and pan drippings alone to be satiated. I would definitely return and recommend to a friend.
Fantastic food. Excellent service.Special occasion restaurant as it's a bit pricey - but worth it!
Wonderful service (especially Anthony)
Love that they let you sit as long as you want.
Definitely one of my favorite places in LA.
Wonderful meal and service.
Great service. Helpful sommelier. Attentive waitstaff. Outstanding food - classic dishes really well prepared.
I had an appetizer of scallops and a pasta dish of crab meat both came out lukewarm and that was rather disappointing. Also the cocktail ahead was charged extra for being straight up instead of one price I've rarely ever seen that done. It has a lot of loud yell p clientele depending on your take if you like that or not
Best (and most expensive) meal we had in daily dining out for a month in LA. Only downside was cold draft which lessened as place filled up. Waiter was a great help in advising on food choices and amounts.
Every dish was beautiful and delicious. Our waiter and busboy were (respectively) friendly and attentive. Proximity to other patrons while dining was a bit close, but not so as to ruin the meal. Great first time experience.
Everything was very good and the service was excellent, however I felt the food was a little to rich for my taste.
Best dinner ever! Exceeded my expectations! Servers made it such a fun experience.
Ariel was fantadtic
Besides being put at a long table that wasn’t completely private everything was amazing.
Not very vast, but good quality German beer selection. Great alternative for anyone who isn’t a cocktail or wine drinker. The ambiance is very good and optimal for a date or business meal. The waitstaff was very knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions.
Meals are served family style. The price point is somewhat high for what you get, but you seemingly pay for the experience.
Food was absolutely delicious. The squash and brown butter agnolotti were so creamy and succulent and full of flavor. Bread with butter and drippings was also worth the $8. When we asked to move to a quieter table, the waitstaff was very gracious and accommodating. Will definitely return it was a lovely dinner experience.
Awesome food, fun ambiance but be prepared for a noisy environment.
Incredible food and wine!
The wine selections is expansive and the staff are quite knowledgeable. The food was amazing!
From start to finish, everything impressed
Great experience when the food matches the service!
We had a great time for a birthday. Food was great and service was attentive.
The best dinner I had in LA
