We had a lovely afternoon tea at Tottington Manor our first visit but will definitely be going back. The whole experience was lovely and the staff so attentive.

We had a lovely roast after a 3-hour hike. The staff was attentive, the food great and the ambience lovely. Some confusion around staff helping ordering cabs back to station but we managed to sort and just made our train. Thank you.

Had the tasting menu for 8 plates - excellent variety, quality and all in season. Guinea fowl was particularly good.

We booked this only because it was the closest place for food to where we were staying. We read the many glowing reviews on the journey down so we’re looking forward to validating them. It did not disappoint - the menu was interesting with plenty of choices and the food we ordered was superb-tapioca crusted halloumi with delicious dips, chicken goujons with Asian slaw and fish & chips ! Service was excellent-invested staff, knew the food, served with enthusiasm & a smile etc. They were busy but the wait time was perfect! We will definitely be back! Have already recommended to friends who intend visiting! Don’t be put off thinking, with the many locals sitting drinking outside, that this is just a pub - it is a pub but with a great restaurant! We can’t wait to go back!
