- JJudithNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a fabulous time at American Bounty last nite! . Four of us all had different entrees (the trout, pork, lamb and duck) and each was prepared with care and creativity. The Savory Donuts appetizers was also a big hit. Dessert was shared rhubarb at crisp and an innovative tropical sundae! Both were excellent. The service and ambiance were superb but it was really a wonderful experience to be served by such professional and caring people. Even tho it was crowded and the tables were all full, we still received extremely personal attention from all of the servers and sommelier. We have been there several times over the last years and each time, it was the same wonderful experience. We are eager to try the French and Italian restaurants but never call early enough to get a reservation there, but the Apple Pie bakery is also a lot of fun and terrific if we are there during the daytime.. Tho it is a bit of a drive up from Westchester, we are lucky to be able to go and enjoy the CIA.More infoAmerican Bounty at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• American• Hyde Park•4.8

- SShaneNew York City •2 reviews4.0Dined on Apr 17, 2025We were welcomed very hospitably and they gave us a table despite being an hour early. The restaurant was empty, and she sat us next to the bathroom which was kinda annoying because there was constant traffic directly next to us. Anyway, she recommended the blackberry margarita which she said was the best one. It was strong with no flavor. Like it was made with cheap alcohol, so they had to overcompensate by putting a lot in. The food was different but good. It’s Mexican food with a modern day twist. I did like the lobster quesadilla, which was really good. And the salsa and chips was also tasty. It was an interesting experience. Would I come back?… probably not.More infoSanta Fe UptownPrice: Expensive• Mexican• Kingston•4.3
