we were at Cellaio on Thanksgiving & we thought we were locked into a fixed menu. we were pleasantly surprised to see that we could order off the regular menu. my wife & I ordered the shell steak with mashed potatoes & sautéed spinach.WOW. the steak was cooked perfect & it was very tasty. the mashed & spinach were really outstanding. Our server was courteous & pleasant & attended to our needs. the dress was casual & the ambiance was just right. I give Cellaio 5 big stars. Great job Scott!!!

Was greeted by a rude young lady who stated to be precise you have an 8:30 reservation and it’s 8:16 so you’ll need to wait …many tables were open .. then went to the bar with only 6 customers and 2 bartenders and was just ignored other guests and I quote “good luck getting a drink”.. and that’s what it took… each time I said excuse me to the bartenders I was told to be patient rudely toned. The appetizer was to be calimari shrimp and assorted vegetables … shrimp and calimari were basically non existent … portions were tiny of entrees and they AUTOMATICALLY add a tip regardless of your service experience…. Basically won’t stay at this hotel again because the property restaurants are a direct reflection on the entire property … My fault for not sticking to my regulars in AC & Mohegan sun… on the hotel side the rooms have cold and clinical fell to them they very oddly have the television mounted to a wall that is very difficult to even see from the bed just a very unusual room Lay-out big but empty feeling … would definitely suggest if you need to travel a little longer to the other casino/hotels it’s worth the extra drive time …. Very disappointed !

Been here before as it was nice in the past. Unfortunately our experience was sub par since our entree was sent back due to it being spoiled in taste the fish was absolutely old. At that point couldn’t order anything else on menu since it was short in time.

Cellaio was disappointing we ate here several times before pandemic and it was
nice. Manager did not see our reservation until I pulled up on my phone and
he said restaurant week not Friday even though Open Table noted all month. We
stayed anyway - took awhile to be able to order but w/w was friendly. The prices are
high for area - shrimp cocktail $26.00, sides were $13.00 each, gratuity included in
the check 18.5%. Food - skirt steak tough to chew $45.00 - vegs burned- portions good. Manager did not visit our table ( there 1 1/2 hours) although he went to one in front of us twice.

Three strikes they are out. 1st visit excellent, 2nd and 3rd terrible. Lobster fravla Diablo was a very tiny portion size for 2nd 3rd visit. Salt was given to us in place of Parmigiano cheese. Manager said he is sorry. All lobster is weighed at 1/4 pound. This was 1 ounce of meat. We will not return nor go back to Scott's Vegas restaurants. What kind of operation is Scott running? Can I write him directly?

We expected more for restaurant week the servers were very friendly and good however the food was awful …right down to the desert. there was no flavor at all, and if we did happen to like it - there wasn’t enough to call it a meal. We actually went home and made pasta with flavor “LOL”

I made these reservations for my sons 21st Birthday. My reservation was for 7 o’clock but we did not get seated until about 7:20. The restaurant was very clean and I liked the layout of the restaurant. The waiter was very nice but the service was lacking. Our waiter never told us the specials for the night. After he took our order about 10 minutes later he went to table next to us to take their order and proceeded to tell them the specials. The food was delicious but the steaks were too small for the price. The overall experience was average. I also do not feel a 20% gratuity should automatically be added on to our bill especially when the service was lacking. I wanted this evening to be very special for my sons 21st Birthday.
