Wow, what can I say the food and service were amazing. I’ve known the lads Giulio and Valentino for nearly 30 years and watched them both grow in professionalism and skill in both food and wine. This is a must restaurant to visit the flavours and the wine chosen where perfect. Giulio explained the wine right down to the skins of the grapes and why he suggested this for the food we had chosen. We had Scallops with pork belly, pickled ginger and carrot puree for one starter the other was the Cured Black Angus carpaccio. The main course we had the Hake with brown shrimp salsa verde and roasted cauliflower puree. The other main was 36h slow cooked beef cheek with smoked mash and gremolata. The desserts were Apple pie cigar with rice pudding and my wife had a pineapple dish. Everything was outstanding. We will be back for sure.

As always with visiting the 1907 Restaurant, the staff were their usual friendly and efficient selves and the food was absolutely delicious. We were lucky enough to be seated in the new Glasshouse and it was a beautiful. It was my husbands birthday and they hand decorated a plate with a Happy Birthday in chocolate message and 3 very moreish brownies as a surprise. Value for money is exceptional and the ambience is always very pleasant and relaxing.
