Relaxing ambience, varied tasty menu, good value and excellent friendly service. The Pina Coladas wete first class. Probably one of the foremost venues for a meal and/or drink in Durham City. Highly recommended.

A beautiful Jacobean Building with delightful grounds. Easy parking. Lovely cosy bar for a pre-lunch drink. The setting for lunch in the conservatory is light and airy. The staff are assiduous and the food exemplary and the service impeccable. A lovely special occasion venue!

We have visited Estabulo previously but this was our first visit to Estabulo Durham. From arriving in the restaurant the staff were friendly, polite, courteous and very informative. The salad bar was all very fresh and tasted lovely & was full of flavour. The meat on offer was cooked to our liking, medium, the sausages were very tasty & even though we love steak our favourite was the lamb. The lamb is cooked to melt in the mouth perfection with the added flavour of the mint it is exceptional. It is also excellent value for money and we will most certainly be back next time we are in Durham.
