    The BBQ oysters were great. The drinks were good. The wood grilled redfish was dried. The sauce was non-existent. I'm not sure why green english peas were in the mix with potatoes and tasso, perhaps red peas would have worked better. The crab sprinkled over the fish had no sauce on it. Service was fine. I would recommend to my friends that they just go for drinks and the BBQ oysters appetizer and then move on.

    I had the coffee rubbed filet mignon and my mom had the blackened tuna. We shared the alligator boudin balls and everything was amazing!! Casual and relaxed environment with amazing food. Must go if you are in NOLA

    What an awesome staff and unbelievable food. Our ghost tour ran way over and we were 20 minutes late for our 8;45 reservation and they closed at 9 but we called and they graciously held out for us. The oyster tasted like a fresh shot of the ocean in the best of ways. Do yourself a favor the place is called Redfish for a reason. The redfish is the most amazing dish I’ve had. The potatoes and ham chin is with mushrooms and peppers it sits upon will be in my memory forever. Alligator Gumbo was delish too!

    Food is always amazing, service is wonderful too! I have celiac- server was knowledgeable and took my order very seriously. My table ordered boudin (which I couldn’t have obviously and that was fine), our server brought out a cute little shrimp/cucumber bite for me so I wasn’t left out during appetizers. So thoughtful and completely unnecessary- this place goes above and beyond. The chef is also rumored to have celiac. I had no issues after eating here.

    Did appetizers and the OMG chocolate bread pudding with a great Pinot Noir before the concert followed up with brunch on Sunday morning. The blueberry lemon pancakes were OMG good too! Why go anywhere else when 2 of our favorites NEVER disappoint.

    Ike was our server for the evening and he took very good care of us. One of the best servers in town. Went with his recommendations and everything was perfect. Celebrated a friend birthday and Red Fish gave us a memorable experience. Bourbon Street needs more quality places like this.

    The food wasn’t terrible, but there are much better options in the area. Shrimp was over cooked, food took a long time to come out and our server spent the majority of the time talking about her personal life with the table next to us. The server spent so much time chatting at the other table that we didn’t even order drinks because we were tired of waiting for everything else.
