Great service fun environment
Great food and jazz music.
Good food. Great service. Would recommend this place and would eat here again.
Our family meal was an impressive experience. The host station was ready and efficient, we were seated at a prime table on the upper terrace and Danielle our server was friendly. Substitutions were easily made and the food was really delicious. Specifically the shrimp and grits were creamy and cooked well. The blackened catfish with a fried green tomato swap for corn pudding was tasty.
We were also celebrating a family birthday which was treated with a complimentary dessert. This dinner was such a pleasure.
Wonderful as always.
Everything was amazing. I'm planning on going back for dessert another day.
So hard to find a Jazz piano anywhere, yet alone by Disneyland. Great entertainment. But I would have liked to have had more healthy options on the menu.
Amazing time celebrating my girlfriend’a birthday ! Our waitress Christie was amazing and she provided outstanding service . I would certainly go back again and the food was delicious !
Made a reservation for our wedding anniversary. The live music was great and so was the food and drinks. We were treated to complementary champagne. Our server Noe was great! Always checked up on us and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, we had a good time celebrating our anniversary.
The one major downside for our experience was that we were seated in the room with the band. They were enjoyable, but made it very difficult to carry on a conversation while they were playing. I should have requested a table elsewhere.
Great evening of food and entertainment. We were entertaining family from out of town and they thoroughly enjoyed. Christie our server was sweet and made sure everything was perfect.
We were well looked after by the server and the staff. We go to the Jazz Kitchen every time we come to Disneyland and will continue to do so.
I love this place! The food is amazing, the live music never fails! Perfect birthday experience as always!
While quite pricey, this restaurant is incredible. The jazz band is what made out night. The music was fabulous. Not sure why we had not been there before.
Loved it. Flambeau room with crawdaddio.
Maybe. To me the prices are a bit high for the amount of food 🥘 and the quality.
Food was very disappointing. Their signature dish Jambalaya tasted like canned soup.
It was ok. Not Louisiana food well not at it's best.
Great service and food
Service didn’t feel very personal , however the food was excellent.
Very disappointed in the food!
My husband went there for a long overdue date night. We went early enough that the crowd wasn't overwhelming and not too noisy. We had a nice relaxed dinner. The ambiance was elegant, the food was good, not the BEST I've ever had but high end and tasty. The waitress was lovely and they were quick to get the food out hot and fresh.
Although we had requested seating on the balcony via Open Table, we were initially advised that our request could not be honored. We politely protested and talked about other dining venue options amongst ourselves, but our host, Aaron, accommodated us and had us promptly seated upstairs on the balcony overlooking Downtown Disney!
Our waiter, Robert, was friendly, yet expedient in taking our orders and presenting our meals!
In all candor, our reservations were for 9pm and I honestly believe that they try to clear out the balcony a little earlier than closing. Keep that in mind when requesting a seat upstairs on the balcony.
Great experience. Great food. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Ashley was a wonderful waitress. Very attentive and personable.
The jambalaya was flavorful but was made with noodles. Very expensive pasta....
The atmosphere changed quickly when 2 screaming children moved in near my table. Very disruptive
Great service and tasty food. Glad we chose to make a reservation here.
Great flatbread and gumbo. Service was top notch. The venue is very authentic New Orleans.
My first time eating there and it was nice, don’t regret choosing this location for my birthday dinner. Also arrived a couple minutes late because I wasn’t aware that the parking structure for Downtown Disney changed. They were very kind when I called and told them about this, reassuring me that I’m fine and my table will be ready. We got a balcony table (outside) and it was really nice.
Took my daughter here for our combined birthday celebration dinner. We had a great time! Danielle was super helpful with suggestions on the menu.
Jose did a wonderful job serving our meal from the coconut shrimp to the medallions to the banana foster. Very pleasant experience. Take your time and enjoy
Birthday for my mom! Surprised her!! The waiter was great and the food was amazing!!
The service was so bad we walked out. I will never go back.

Something as simple as fries.. horrible! So salty.
My daughter’s 2nd Birthday
Great music great food excellent mint julep.
I contacted them over Instagram The next day because my dad lost the pictures their staff took of us, they said that they would see if their photo team still had them on archive almost immediately. Still waiting to hear back from them, but it was so nice that they got back immediately
We've been coming here for special occasions for years and we love it. Even if the food can feel a little expensive, the service is always amazing (we love the wait staff!). Thanks for another great dinner!
We were not seated indoors as requested, downstairs out in front is fine if you dont mind the extra noise from band playing 10 feet away.
The service was good. The food was shy on flavor.
Our server, Eddie, provided excellent service as did the rest of the serving staff. When hostess checked, we told her the calamari was mushy and she had it replaced promptly. We especially enjoyed the piano player from New Orleans. One of our favorite DT Disney restaurants.
Excellent food. Service was superb! Live pianist playing jazz. In-laws felt it was to loud, less chance for them to give us a guilt trip!
