Fun environment with great jazz music. Our waiter was so helpful answering all our questions about how spicy things were. We all loved our dinners.
I go to Ralph Brennan's every year to celebrate my birthday. The live music is nice, the food is always amazing, the staff is incredibly on-point and friendly, it's an incredible experience. I look forward to this dinner all year for good reason.
Service was horrible, my sisters birthday and all (3) other tables servers sang happy birthday,NOT ours, she was rude, short with response and seemed not to like her job, unfortunately she took it out on us..
St Patrick Day! Amazing meal, wonderful service.

The appetizers, food and drinks were outstanding and soo delicious. I was especially grateful because the restaurant manager made a special exception for us and sat us at table that was further away from a door where there was a very cold draft. The section wasn't open but he found a server who was willing to take on an extra table in her section to accommodate our request. We greatly appreciated this kindness shown to us. We dined comfortably and had a great time.
Food was not as great as I expected given reviews, service was outstanding
Manager went out of his way to make our requests happen! We were very pleased.
The tables are placed very close and the noise level is a bit excessive. It was difficult to have a conversation without yelling. The food and service was good.
We had an amazing meal and great service by Scott. It was a fun night all around.
Great food and drinks. The band is a bit loud if you are close but very good.
Being from the Bayous of Louisiana, Jazz Kitchen is the only place in Southern California that I can go and feel completely at home. I love this place. The service is impeccable! The food is outstanding!
As busy as it was the food came out quick and it was good but a little cold. The service was great. Music was fantastic
Went for Fat Tuesday with a reservation and was seated right away. Great food, music was also good. Wish we could have sat inside but was told it was over an hour wait.
What a fun place to dine and celebrate Mardi Gras! Food was excellent as always and the service was fantastic. We drive up from San Diego about twice a year just for the food and beverages. Fun for young and old. A must try if you haven't been here before.
We were visiting Disneyland and decided to eat here. It was Fat Tuesday and this restaurant did it up right. You would have thought you were in New Orleans! They had a wonderful Cajun band playing during our meal. I ordered the shrimp and grits. They were done to perfection. My husband had the special pasta dish that he raved about. The restaurant was packed but our server was so attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant.
Madi and Candice the other bar server were incredible. The best I believe for Madi Gras. Thank you for a very fun night
We visited on Fat Tuesday and enjoyed both bands. Had a great time, will definitely return next year for Fat Tuesday!
Overall very positive experience. Food was good although I would have expected more flavor out of the jambalaya. Service was excellent, no issues there. A little pricey but it was at Disneyland so you expect to pay a little more
Our favorite place in downtown Disney
The food and music are awesome
Our waitress Christie was super lovely as well.
Food was bomb you have to try there filet mino
Like the food but really wanted to listen to some jazz .they sat us upstairs where it was too Nosiey. We and couldn't hear the guys playing the instruments and really would have wanted to been able to listen to the jazz band downstairs.
Long time reservation and they sat us in a terrible location even though we asked to move. Filet mignon sub par. Croutons on salad inedible. Never brought water. Evertjimg was mediocre. Server was good but needed to have some training. Never bring coffee with sugar and no spoon. Things like that
Wonderful experience.... thought I was back in New Orleans
Love the vibe and the food! We made reservations, but were running a bit late. The restaurant was very accommodating and understandingz
Very good food, not much ambiance in the day because there are no bands playing. But at night the whole restaurant swings to some live Jazz.
We went as a family of 8 and everything was delicious. Our daughter has celiac and they even had a great gluten free menu. We all enjoyed ourselves.
Excellent Cajun/Creole entrees and appetizers and cocktails. (I had the jambalaya pasta.) Our server was friendly and super attentive. The pianist/singer was great entertainment.
Dinner was delicious! Our server, A.J., was excellent!
We went to the Jazz Kitchen with friends for dinner. The jazz piano player (from New Orleans) was great, the food was very authentic Nawlins and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Wonderful time on our trip to Disneyland. Everyone enjoyed our meal and the service was excellent. The jambalaya pasta was a favorite as was the flaming bananas foster dessert.
Food more expensive than in New Orleans. Piano a bit too loud
Our first time here. We had a great time. Food was excellent, as was the service. Really enjoyed the live music.
Too noisy & went for birthday celebration . Waitress acknowledge it upon ordering & said she’d bring him something nice - it never came she was not around much either .
I just love this restaurant, it reminds me of being in New Orleans. The food is always amazing and service is awesome.
Delicious food, excellent service. Great place to go for special occasions, business, or just to relax and enjoy a good meal. Highly recommend the double chocolate bread pudding.
Great food...great folks. Would recommend to others.
Food was mediocre for the price. Server was very nice but a little condescendingly at times.
Most likely won’t dine here again.
Food was good but not outstanding. Service was a bit slow but they were a full house.
This is no Ralph Brennan's from New Orleans, that's for sure. It's Disney meets New Orleans. Wish they had the same food menu as New Orleans. They Californiad it up a bit. (Pasta in the Jumbalaya instead of rice). We made reservations but got stuck sitting outside. It was pretty cold/windy even with heavy jackets. It would have been much more pleasant to sit at a nice table inside. Our bad for not insisting on the extra wait when we found out. Food was cold in minutes but it was good. Overpriced but that is typical for Downtown Disney dining. We have been to the bar and eaten there before. Much more pleasant. Ok for summer seating outside in the evening but not this February. Kind of a bummer dinner. Garlic bread was yummy & drinks were nice and strong. Hubby had BBQ shrimp. Said it was ok but N.O. was much better.
