Our first greeting at the door was warm and welcoming. Then the outstanding and friendly "hostess" seated us and her name was Camille. Camille is the owner and her husband is the chef! We were treated as valued guests and like friends. Then Gabs, our waitress, was kind and very professional. The food was OUTSTANDING! I had the chicken and waffles - GLUTEN FREE! As my husband and I are both GF, it was a wonderful treat as there were only 3 appetizers we could not eat but everything else on the menu was fine for us. AND we had the most amazing GF desserts. It was a wonderful experience for our first dinner on our vacation in Santa Fe. GO - you will love it!

Creative menu with southern comfort influences. We did feel pressure to input our whole order which is a concern as restaurants can rush courses before you have finished your current course. The restaurant did pace the courses so that was greatly appreciated. Highlights: fried green tomatoes, polenta, corn bake, Blanton old fashioned. Staff was attentive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. When we checked in to the Hotel Santa Fe across the street, the charming atmosphere of the restaurant led us to make a reservation for the following night. They have a great wine list and wonderful cocktail list. They have true artisan specialty cocktails, mostly whiskey based, which are extremely well prepared. I had a nice strong “Mule” and after dinner an Eagle Rare with a large artisan ice cube. I saw a couple order “Choke Cherry Sours” which appeared to be very well made Whiskey Sours. We split a salad with lettuce, bacon, and avocado which was outstanding, my wife had Snapper on a bed of rice which was delicious, and I had a thick pork chop with Bourbon glaze on polenta with a side of broccolini - an outstanding dish! The menu is a little limited, about 10 main dishes, but they are carefully curated with something for everyone including a vegan dish, also beef, pork, and fish. Service was attentive but not rushed. Dark atmosphere with tasteful contemporary music (lots of blues) and the very high ceilings allowed for voices not to be trapped in the space, so you could have a quiet conversation. We will return whenever we want a special dinner or cocktail in Sant Fe! Outstanding.

First time to eat here even though I use to live in Santa Fe. one of the best meals I have ever hard. I had the Pork Rib Chop with corn polenta and fennel. The flavors blended so well together. My compliments to the Chef.

Outstanding service. Food was top notch. The smoked pork ribs were omg good. We shared a rib eye and it was more than enough for two. We did that to save room for dessert. Def get the caramel cake. Appreciated that noise level Was not too high

This is probably the best new restaurant we have experienced in Santa Fe. Everything was great, the food, the service, the ambience, the drinks, the dessert. I highly recommend it.
