Our server was so friendly and upbeat. Our food came out super fast which was pretty impressive and everything tasted great. The margarita pitchers are a good deal. She took great care of us and we left full and happy.

Excellent meal at Zocalo. Decor was a good vibe. Best salsa ever and the black bean dip and chips were perfect companions. Had the customer fave Pepita salad, and dressing was chipotle dressing was awesome accompaniment to the organic fresh green. Roasted carrots bomb in the salad and orange slices sweet! Would’ve ate the bowl if I could. First time at Z’s and won’t be the last.

We dined for Mother's Day lunch outdoors. The service was quick, and waitress was polite and outgoing. The restaurant featured a live Mariachi band during our service, which was a pleasant surprise. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and the ambience.

It was a great Mothers Day experience. Booking our reservation on open table was easy and fast. The mariachi was an unexpected surprise to me, it added that special touch to my day. Our server was fantastic. Food and drink were great. Looking forward to coming back with my family.

Food was great, service excellent and ambiance very nice and relaxing. Parking at University Village is a "NIGHTMARE"--and certainly not the restaurants fault. So add on extra time to circle the lot to find a space.

Beautiful interior and the food was very good. The server was asked to refill drinks and bring more chips and salsa. We had to ask another server to actually receive them. Server was very friendly and knowledgeable, but needs to keep track of tables better after the food is served.

Made a reservation on a whim for Cinco de Mayo at Zocalo, and it turned out great! The place was jammed and way too loud, and the reservation was essential. Folks who showed up without reservations were told it would be several hours before they were seated. Service was great! Despite the crowds, the server came fast and was very attentive. The food was amazing! We all had different items, and each one was delicious. I tried the carnitas plate, and the flavoring on the meat was perfect. Delicious salsa and bean dips with the chips. Highly recommend.

We are regulars here. Staff & service is always exceptional. Great w/ large groups. I ordered the burrito bowl for the first time , not my favorite. Very little chicken, mostly lettuce & sour cream. I also did not realize beans & rice come on the plate as well as in the bowl, seems unnecessary. I do wish Zocalo had fajitas

We have been eating awo Zocalos for years and have always loved the food but the last two times have been a disappointment. The Happy Hour Shrimp tacos have always been Juicy and delicious but on our last visit they have changed the recipe and according to the sever because of seasonal changes and these tacos were awful so dry and no flavor, so on this visit we ordered the tacos Americanos and the crispy taco shells just fall apart when you take a bit and the tacos were cold. This was our go to restaurant close to our home but now we will have to reconsider.

The salsa, bean dip and chips are awesome. I enjoyed my enchiladas. Kiki was our server and she was amazing. Ask for her when you go, you won't be disappointed.
