   My favorite sushi restaurant in Waikiki. Everything is local and delicious. The potato salad is a must try.

   Such an enjoyable time enjoying delicious food. Service was excellent, food was great and presentation was very nice.

   先週、今週の水曜日に2回目行って来ました。水曜日は日本酒20%offという事でとても嬉しかったです。いつも接客も楽しく、気配りも良くとても楽しい時間を毎回過ごせました。夫はハワイに来て1番のお気に入りのお店と言ってます。 昨夜は虫の多い席でグラスにも入ったりしてちょっと気になったけど、また来週行けたらいいなと思ってます。

   Horrible service, great food. The waiter said he could make one of the rolls gluten free for my wife. It came, and after we both ate a roll, we noticed there were tempura bits sprinkled on top. After waiting for another 15 minutes until the server came back to check on us, we asked if the tempura was gluten free to which he responded it wasn’t. We asked for them to remake it without tempura, this request was refused and he said “they would not remake it for free and this is why I said I didn’t want to give you food off the non-gluten free menu” (this was never said to us originally). After saying I wasn’t going to pay for something we couldn’t eat, he proceeded to say that he would pay for it and kept repeating it to make us feel bad and had a horrible attitude. We asked for the bill immediately and left. The roll was taken off the bill and a 10% discount was given, but we still tipped the cost of the roll since he made a huge deal about him paying. We had dinner at a food truck close by after this debacle and it was a much better experience.

   Dear Kyle, We sincerely apologize for the unacceptable service you encountered during your visit, especially regarding your wife’s gluten allergy. It is completely unacceptable that a dish presented as gluten-free included tempura, and we take this matter very seriously. Guests place their trust in us when it comes to dietary needs and allergens, and we clearly failed to uphold that trust. Additionally, the way the situation was handled by our staff was not only unprofessional but also lacking in the empathy and respect that every guest deserves. We are currently reviewing this incident with our team to ensure this type of situation does not happen again. Your feedback has prompted immediate retraining on allergy protocols and guest communication expectations. Sincerely,

   奥の部屋で景色はあまり良くなく、お部屋が寒くて冷房の温度を上げてもらって少し良くなりました。お料理はどれもとても美味しかったです。アヒカツが最高❣️だし巻き卵も枝豆もまぜそばもスシロールも最高でした❣️飲み物が巨大なグラスで出てきてびっくりしました‼️楽しかったです。 店員さんも笑顔が最高でした。ありがとうございました😊

    The quality of the fish was extremely poor , and the tempura had nothing to do with the e light and crunchy Japanese tempura.
