Xiquita is a highly anticipated restaurant that brings the vibrant flavors and rich culture of Mexico City to the Mile High City. Inspired by the diverse culinary traditions of Mexico, Xiquita offers a unique dining experience that celebrates the country's indigenous ingredients and cooking techniques. Led by Chef Erasmo Casiano, the restaurant's name, Xiquita, is a playful twist on "chiquita," a term of endearment for Casiano's mother, and a nod to the indigenous languages of Mexico.

At Xiquita, diners can expect to find dishes that are both authentic and innovative. The menu features a variety of traditional Mexican dishes, such as tamales and tortillas, made with locally sourced ingredients. Guests can also enjoy unique creations like the Infladita de Carne Apache, a play on steak tartare, and the Tikin Xic, a Yucatan dish featuring fish grilled over charcoal in a banana leaf.

Great food and cocktails. Our server Dylan was great and very knowledgeable about all the dishes and questions we had. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Simply the best and most authentic Mexican food in Denver. We are always pleasantly surprised when we eat here, both for their regular menus and experience nights. Such great flavors well presented, and the cocktails are fantastic!

Incredible experience! Each dish is thoughtfully prepared and incredibly delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine. They were also very thoughtful for my aunt’s birthday offering a champagne toast and dessert. Highly recommend!

Xiquita is an amazing place with a great energy about it. The food is second to none with a variety to choose from. This is one of the best places in Denver - hands down!

Boy, did we love our meal at Xiquita last night. We loved everything we ordered, but the standouts were the Tortita de Papa (phenomenal. I'll be thinking about that dish for a long time), the Sikil Pak, the Taco de Mercado-- but I honestly think you can't go wrong. The dishes are thoughtful and beautifully composed and presented, but also have hominess and heart to them. I told my husband it feels like food that's meaningful to the folks who prepare it. Service was great-- energetic and psyched to share recos and that welcome balance of attentive but not pushy. We adored our date night dinner here and I couldn't wait to recommend it to friends. If you are on the fence, BOOK IT! You won't regret it :)

We had a wonderful experience eating at Xiquita. The food was amazing - unique, flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. Our server was excellent. She did a great job of explaining each dish and helped with ordering. Her friendliness, knowledge and rapport made our dining experience a joyful one.

We love Xiquita! New flavors, absolutely wonderful Mexican food and the chefs and staff are amazing! Go. Just go and experience it for yourself because you will love yourself for it!

Excellent food…we had the carrots, the salsas, the ribeye tacos, and the águas fresca and they were all delicious. Our server was great as well!
