Absolutely lovely setting, an attentive accommodative waiter (Jeff), and delicious and interestingly prepared dinner made our evening so memorable. A bit pricey, but we had a delightful evening!

While the signature tuna cone appetizer remains a standout dish that continues to deliver, the overall dining experience has become increasingly disappointing. The Dungeness crab pasta, in particular, fell well short of expectations for an establishment of this caliber. The appetizer selection appears to prioritize visual novelty over flavor execution, with overly ambitious presentations that compromise the fundamental quality of the dishes. This approach to creativity feels forced rather than inspired, resulting in food that looks impressive but lacks the refined taste one expects at this price point. The pricing structure has reached untenable levels for both food and beverages, making it difficult to justify the cost given the inconsistent quality of the cuisine. For the premium being charged, diners deserve exceptional execution across all courses, not just select items. Given the competitive dining landscape in the area, there are superior options that offer both better value and more consistent culinary excellence. Until this establishment addresses these fundamental issues with food quality and pricing, it’s challenging to recommend despite the prestigious location.

Amazing food but wine prices are outrageous 350% of retail. Nearly twice the price of other beaver creek high end restaurants price gauging for sure

Our server was great about moving us inside during a brief shower. The artichoke appetizer was outstanding in flavors, textures in a beautiful presentation. The tuna main course was prepared perfectly. Great views of the mountain from the window. WYLD never disappoints. A go to every time we’re in town!

WYLD has a great varied menu, wildly overpriced. The margarita pizza was not, and should be classified as a cheese pizza. It was overwhelmed with cheese to point of having to remove it to make it edible. The $26 beet salad was 3 beets no greater than 3 cm each, quartered. The kale salad was outstanding. I would have liked more of what the chef gave us as a tasting starter, arugula shell with English pea mousse, creative and savory. Our guests enjoyed the pasta dish. The venue and staff were perfect. Vastly different experience than previous meals eaten at WYLD.
