We sat outside and had live music, patio lighting, a heater for after dark, and the waiter even brought out a blanket incase I was chilly. The salmon was done perfectly. We shared the crispy Brussel sprouts and carrots which were prepared so well we could've made a meal out of the side selections alone. The waiter for engaging and attentive. We had a beautiful dinner al fresco in Batchelor Gulch.

I had the same chicken dish twice. The first time it was nice and crispy and really good. This evening someone put a brown sauce over it. It tasted fine BUT the cripsness was destroyed. Food needs consistency.

Mother’s Day Brunch. There did not seem to be near enough wait staff. We never saw our waiter but once. We had to ask for coffee refills and to clear soiled plates. Hunter- the manager took care of us - but he had so many other responsibilities.

No Filet at a steakhouse nor kids steak options was a big disappointment. This is located in a high end hotel with families with kids. Steak was dry, flavorless and very hard to cut into. Food doesn't mirror the quality of the hotel and ambiance.

Food not good. Had to send cabbage back due to gritty texture. Another table did the same. Cooks obviously not washing veggies.

The ambiance was warm and intimate, the food was exquisite and the service was impeccable. Ben, the sommelier impressed us with his wealth of wine knowledge and our server Will was genuine and attentive. This was the perfect place to spend my birthday. Thank you to the entire staff for making it special!

Outstanding food, service, and drinks. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The courses were beautiful to look at and perfectly prepared. Every bite was delicious. Best meal on the mountain.

My lamb chops were under cooked. I sent them back and still not cooked to my liking. Also my lamb chops were served in a bowl which made it very difficult to cut. Bowls are meant for pasta, soup and salad. The side dishes were of good portion. Dessert was a joke. The scoops of ice ram and sorbet were the size of melon balls. The apple crisp were 2 micro slices of apple David with something I can’t even describe. Was all a waste of money. I have eaten at Michelin star restaurants around the world that can claim their rights to innovative food. Wyld tries to be that. Our dinner for 2 was $400 with 1 glass of wine, Which happened to be ia generous pour.

The food at Wyld is incredible, with impressive variations each time we are there. The setting is cool & relaxed but also energizing. It has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants. We can’t wait to go back!

Service and food were excellent. It was very noisy and the table Configurations are not that good. If you are lucky enough to get a back booth, those are the quietest tables with more space (rectangle) versus a square 4–top. Chef was featuring black truffle and brought out a container of truffles to show the children which was a nice touch.

It was creative and delicious, but overpriced. The martini was small but tasty, however we requested blue cheese olives instead of regular and they charged us $3.00. For a meal that price that was a joke.

It was very expensive which we expected. Quite long intervals between courses even though there were many empty tables midweek. A few courses were outstanding and a few just good. Too much salt in a pasta dish, salt can be added at the table but not taken away. Very attentive wait staff and excellent wine list. Beautiful dining room. We had a lovely evening but came away a bit disappointed.

Overall average. My pizza was really bad. One of my friends asked for a slice, after trying it said this is terrible and I agreed. Did not finish the pizza. My two friends both ordered the same kind of salad. The three of us split the two salads. We all thought it was OK.

My second time returning to Wlyde . I was impressed even more this time . The menu was outstanding with a flavor profile that blew my mind as a food network junkie . The dessert was out of this world ( It was the Apple dessert ) !

Incredible. Create and delicious dishes. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Perfect special occasion dinner. Chef came tableside and explained preparation. Can’t wait to return.

Celebrated our first evening of honeymoon at WYLD. We started with the tuna cone and cauliflower appetizers. Both excellent. Main course was Brussels sprouts and Maine scallops. Service was superb. Overall a great start to the vacation.

Every time I break down and allow myself to be talked into eating at this Ritz Carlton restaurant, I leave either disappointed or angry, or both, and swear I’ll never go there again. I should be angry with myself, since I know how it always turns out.

This time, after making a reservation on Open Table and and not being warned of the $100 parking fee by Open Table, the parking valet, the host or the server, we ate lunch and were told by the hotel’s general manager that they wanted to discourage people from coming to the hotel and parking because parking space is limited and very valuable to the hotel.

The food was fair. The server was pleasant.

I hope I never go again.

Food was ok!
Very slow service for the only 3 tables in the whole restaurant!
I went there because I wanted some meat (as advertised in the picture) the only option was skirt meat for two people at $85 wich I wanted for only one... no other option... then Inhad to go for tge salmon wich was ok... they made a mistake in my order first ... I have to say they came up and apologize and offer the ghlass of wine I ordered for free ...
really not what I expected!.... Sorry!!!

WYLD replaced Spago which we have been coming to for years during holiday ski vacations. Just not the same. Food is good if not outstanding. Service was OK -- one miscue was quickly rectified. Actually a bit rushed and the place was half full. Prices are very steep even for the Ritz. Likely won't be back and we REALLY loved Spago........

Start to finish - awesome! Service was outstanding. Our server new every detail of all menu items, and did a fantastic job ensuring we were well taken care of. The Chef also came to the table - nice touch.

Except for the Salmon entre all of our selections were left half eaten. VERY poor substitute for prior restaurant, Spagos. Never had a warm Barratta that was served without crackers or toast.....supposed to eat the melted cheese with a spoon??

We have stayed at quite a few Ritz Carlton’s on our travels and loved them. We were staying in Vail and decided to go for lunch without the kids. It was disappointing to say the least. The young lad serving us was out of his depth or perhaps having a bad day. The duck and waffle dish was very poor. We sent it back only to be charged for it at the end. Our water wasn’t filled up once and our coffees which made their way around the restaurant a few times were cold and milky. Really not up to Ritz standard.
