   Went to Friday night buffet and everything was excellent. Staff was very attentive and constantly topping off water and clearing plates. Number of food choices was fantastic and desert selection was fine as well. Also went to Sunday morning breakfast, not the buffet and our 2 selections were great as well, staff was very attentive. Really enjoyed our 2 experiences at WSW and the convenience of being right at the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel. Thank You for an enjoyable time.

   This seafood all-you-can-eat buffet on Sundays requires a serious review of the food offering and its taste quality. Currently not worth the price asked for it.

   When charging $89 per person, a certain quality of food is expected. That quality was not present at the Easter Brunch Buffet. The Prime Rib was unseasoned, tasteless, as was the au jus. The crab was also minimal flavor and had been long frozen or twice frozen, which was evident in the taste and texture of the crab - dry, hard to pull from the shell, with a taste of freezer burn. The roasted pig was also overly dry. The salads were the best part. The butter was not real butter. At $89 a person, there is absolutely no excuse not to serve quality ingredients that are prepared well. The ambiance was nice. We won't do this restaurant again though, unfortunately.

The star rating stands, and is accurate based on my experience at their Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet on April 13, 2025 @ 10:30am. Food 3/5 2nd round Prime Rib: no flavor, dry Fried rice: too much garlic Poke: undesireable color Pot roast: not enjoyable texture Desserts: disappointing taste Service: Front Team 4/4 Service: Kitchen Action Stations 2/5 Omelet: airpod in ear, had to repeat PRib: cell phone rings while carving Took cell phone call, rushed carving Cell phones out by both Not friendly, like I was interupting Ambiance 5/5 Value 4/5 Overall Average Score (3.6) 4/5 (The entire brunch experience was pleasant + enjoyable, bumped it to a rating of 4 vs. 3)

    Prime rib was rubbery. Catch of the day was overcooked and dry. It’s a hit or miss but still enjoyed everything else.
