Dedicated to food, drink, design, and community. Workshop is located in the heart of the Uptown Design District in the Class 1 Historic El Paseo building from 1926. Workshop’s industrial chic interior brings a contemporary James Beard award winning design to the historic space.

Our kitchen is based around seasonal products from local farms. Favorite techniques in the kitchen include our wood-fired pizza oven, wood-fired grill, and custom sous-vide station.

The Workshop was an outstanding restaurant. It's not the easiest restaurant to find but once you do, it's worth the effort! The space is ultra modern and funky. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. We ordered our dishes and shared it family style and it was a great way to taste all the amazing variety of food. Would highly recommend this restaurant to discerning customers and people looking for something unique and memorable. We will definitely be returning here on our next trip to Palm Springs.

Not my favorite. The waitress was very rude and rush this through our meal. $150 for a rushed dinner. The food was excellent but the salad was served on a chipped plate. It was a real turn off.

We always have a wonderful evening at Workshop! Tha service was excellent ! Jeff was thoughtful, responsive and demonstrated all the skill of an amazing server! The food never disappoints and all four of us raved about the meal and continued talking about it the next day! Thank you for a great dining adventure-as always!!!

Been here a ton of times and generally always love it. In fact, it's the only place I make reservations for every time we come to PS (once every couple of months). This time really changed my mind though. They were unable to accommodate any special (very reasonable) requests for my partner's birthday. They were out of romaine lettuce for the caesar we ordered, completely forgot one of our sides, and the steak was very undercooked. Last time we were there they also said that they would make a note of our favorite waiter so we could sit in his section next time we came in - no mention of that. To be fair, his section may have been full. Unfortunately, wasn't worth the +$200 this time.

Restaurant made really good effort to get us seats outside in courtyard. Very small portions for prices. Actually charged us for ice tea refills, a nickel/dime situation. But biggest pitfall, dismissive and unhappy waiter. He ruined our dinner. Management should send him back to courtesy/wait school. Generally nice ambiance.
