    It was a wonderful experience. the food was very good, and the service was excellent, with a nice intimate setting. I would definitely go again and recommend to others.

    Willie's is an exceptional restaurant with wonderful dining rooms, excellent staff and servers, and an inventive menu that results in outstanding dishes. We visit every time we are in the area.

    Nice setting, outstanding service and very good food. The waiter was great and offered helpful suggestions on what to order. I would say the food was traditional, no surprises one way or the other and well prepared. For its target clientele, perfect. Will be back.

    There are a number of places to eat here. There is a beautiful garden area, and at least three rooms within the building. We had a lovely table inside and were very comfortable. We were there for Restaurant Week and ordered from that menu. We started with my choice of cantaloupe chilled gazpacho (clear chilled cantaloupe gazpacho, compressed cantaloupe, dehydrated prosciutto flowers). My husband had the Caesar salad (California Central Valley baby romaine gems, imported Parmesan, house-made Parmesan dressing, thyme butter croutons, marinated white anchovies). Both tasted fresh and stimulating and left us wanting more. For the main course my husband had the beef stroganoff (thin-sliced beef sauteed with onion, mushrooms, thyme, sweet cream and sour cream, served over herb-buttered noodles). It was creamy and flavourful. I had the pork schnitzel (crispy pan-fried breaded pork loin, butter mashed potatoes, buttered asparagus, baby arugula tomato salad, lemon caper sauce. The bites just melted in your mouth no matter what combination you made. The salad on top just added another layer of taste one would normally not think about. For dessert my husband had the chocolate trifle (layers of chocolate cake soaked in verjuice and cherry wine, fresh berries, custard, French whipped cream).I had the creme brulee three ways (cardamom peach, lemon verbena, vanilla). The trifle was very much like the original English ones. The creme brulee was done in three little ramekins which was the cutest thing. They were all delicious. By the end of the meal we were well satisfied and happy. Last but not least our well being came from our server Oscar G. To me he was the essence of what every server should be. He was so pleasant, attentive and respectful. It was a real pleasure to have him take care of us. Can't wait until next time. Also love their tea which you can have in the garden.

    Wonderful experience listening to live Broadway performances. The food was cleverly timed for the performances as well. I would go to this again.

    The service was impeccable. We were there for the special event put on by MTU, so the menu was limited. We so appreciate that Willie’s supports the arts and high school kids in the Coachella Valley!!!

    I wasn't sure what to expect but gave it a try because of restaurant week. Everything was fabulous! From the lovely hostess to our waiter, Oscar service was amazing. The cocktails were delicious (I had the pear martini) as was the wine with dinner. I had the cod, very well prepared and so tender and moist. My hubby had the chilled cantaloupe gazpacho soup, looked like clear liquid but oh the flavor was fantastic! He also had the pork schnitzel which was also very tasty. The burnt cream trio was very good. A wonderful experience and we will absolutely be back!!
