I'm not one to regularly leave reviews for restaurants, but Wildflower is truly deserving of this praise. I dined at Wildflower twice while in Denver for work and both times were incredible experiences. After the first dining experience, I knew I needed to return another night. On the first night, I had the Mikan Buri Crudo, Gnocchi alla Genovese, and the Honey Semifreddo. I paired these dishes with two cocktails: the Marigold de la Rosa and the Smoked Old Fashioned. This was the best meal I've ever had—saying a lot given the amount of fine dining that I engage in. The Crudo dish had simple, fresh ingredients but came together to produce a complex flavor profile that was bright, bold, and insanely delicious. The Gnocchi dish was well balanced and not overly dense as most gnocchi dishes can be. To end dinner, the Honey Semifreddo was perfectly composed without being too sweet. Balancing the Semifreddo with toasted oat, honey brittle, and marsala provided the dish with a lovely textural balance. In addition to the food, the server (Molly) was informative, kind, and very attentive, providing great care and recommendations throughout the night. On the second night, I had the Wildflower Focaccia, the Alaskan Halibut, and, again, the Honey Semifreddo. I paired these dishes with two cocktails: a classic Sidecar and then a Naked and Famous. I asked the bartender, Xander, to convince me to like Mezcal, and he more than fulfilled that request. The Focaccia was excellently paired with the its accompanying dipping accoutrements, and the Halibut melted in my mouth. The Semifreddo was just as good as the first night. Further, Xander's attention to detail, bartending expertise, and insights were par to none. The next time in Denver, I'll most definitely be back. Additionally, I can't wait to brag about Wildflower to all of my Denver contacts. Thanks for the excellent experience and setting the bar for any of my future dining experiences.

The food and wine pairings are fabulous - among the very best we've had from high-end tasting menus around the country.

Tonight my wife and I dined at Wildflower. We are from Chicagoland and have been on a driving adventure of the National Parks in UT and CO. We are staying in the Denver area. My wife found the restaurant on TripAdvisor. We have been to many fine dining experiences over the years. Wildflower is one of the finest restaurants we have ever enjoyed. While its target is a younger clientele, we found the restaurant to be a perfect place for two baby boomers to enjoy a special night out. The food is so creative and delightful. The tastes are adventurous but so satisfying. The service was kind and we developed a wonderful rapport with the staff. We appreciated that the staff works as a team. You are not at the mercy of one member of the waitstaff. The music and sound level were inviting, not the heart bending rhythm in some trendy restaurants these days. The decor and aroma in the place were calming and restorative. Wildflower was an extraordinary dining experience. My wife and I agree that it was one of the finest dining experiences of our 67+ years. Bravo to Aiden Tibbets and his outstanding crew. I rarely tip above the 20% required service charge, when applied by the restaurant. I believe the diner should set the tip. But I was very comfortable adding a bit more. I believe that the executive chef is not only a master chef but a smart businessman. Fairly compensated employees lead to a better dining experience. If in Denver, don’t miss this place.

The unsurpassed quality of service and outstanding food at Wildflower continues to shine! We started with a crazy daisy cocktail, one of their newest and really tasty- super well balanced flavors. My beast was fantastic too… love that smoke! Some new dishes since we were here last and the halibut really stood out as did the agnolotti. The blend of flavors in the agnolotti with the rhubarb and Stilton were refreshing and delicious. The halibut has this creamy texture and is really fresh with the spring garlic and lemon. I could go on forever about the pork belly and the wagyu, but words just don’t taste the same. We’ll be back soon! Great job Tyler and the rest of the service staff making us feel like family!

Went to wildflower for a first date. First time having an upscale dining experience and it was everything we imagined. The service was excellent and the food tasted amazing. We tried the wildflower bouquet and enjoyed everything they brought to us. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting something new to try and/or something special to experience.
