   Siamo andati per la cena di Capodanno, e abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene nonostante le difficoltà di un giorno così frenetico. Siamo arrivati in anticipo e ci hanno accolto subito. Purtroppo questa è stata l'unica parte gradevole della serata perché lo staff ci ha trattati malissimo. Uno dei bicchieri di vino aveva un pessimo odore e un pessimo sapore e quando abbiamo chiesto di sostituirlo l'hanno fatto con grande riluttanza. Hanno sparecchiato il tavolo prima che tutti finissero di mangiare il secondo e infatti uno di noi si è ritrovato ad avere il dessert insieme alla carne! Non abbiamo potuto chiedere neanche il caffè perché prima che finissimo il dessert ci hanno sbattuto in tavola il conto che noi non avevamo neanche chiesto. Tutto questo perché volevano liberare il tavolo. Davvero offensivo.

   Me and my family booked this restaurant a whil e back for new year as we thought it would get busy but was told when we got there was no booking under our name despite I called a few days before to confirm which they said we was booked in. The lady who I spoke to basically said I was a liar and asked for a screen shot if my reservation which I think was pretty poor. unfortunately we did have to eat there because there was no other restaurant’s available at the time we wanted. I felt that we was rushed and there was a set menu which we wasn’t aware of either. The food wasn’t bad but not worth the money that we paid. I did complain and Another lady which I think was the manager was very polite and very apologetic.

   We were a party of two grandparents and three grandchildren. The menu was perfect offering something suitable for everyone at lunch time. We arrived early but this wasn't a problem and the service was very good.

   The service was slow and the appetizer we ordered never came out to our table, but it appeared on the guest check. We then had to ask to have it removed, which took even longer.

    The service wasn't BAD, but neither of the staff members who served us engaged at all. In fact, when we were shown to our table, the waitress just dropped the menus on the table and walked off. The food was expensive, considering you could get the same in an average pub, as were the drinks.
