   Arrived for our reservation and ordered apps and our main course. After an hour of waiting, no food had come out of the kitchen. We were able to expedite things by speaking with a manager, but overall the service was not great and food was subpar.

   Louis: We sincerely appreciate your opinion, of your recent visit. Prior to responding, we wanted to speak with our management team, to determine everything. We understand you arrived at 5:30PM, and you had an event to attend - 7:00PM. While we attempt to exceed our guests expectations, we didn't do so with your reservation, and we apologize. Our management team, did say they provided a discount, which doesn't solve everything. Once again, thank you for your opinion.

   Had an absolutely amazing time at Well Hung! Mel was my waitress and she was so sweet and helpful with everything. The strawberry bruschetta was mouth watering and the magic city flat bread just hit the spot perfectly! 10/10 would visit again when in the area!

   Dined at the Gordonsville location-good food, service and value. Roanoke- lower quality of food and service. Value for cost not there. Would not return or recommend.

   We got two appetizers. The mushroom French fries and the pepperoni crustinis. Both very good. Drinks were nice. I got a cranberry Moscow mule and husband got a beer. There is a nice selection of food and drinks. One complaint...the chairs...they are small and VERY uncomfortable.

   The environment was wonderful, fantastic service and great prices! The charcuterie board was PHENOMENAL! The only setback was the Short Rib Mac & Cheese - the pasta was way overdone, very mushy, and it was overloaded with BBQ sauce, which was really overwhelming and took away from the flavors of the 3 cheeses they expertly incorporated. I couldn’t even eat it. If you order it, make sure to ask for the BBQ on the side.

    The food was good, but we had to wait for every course. It took our table of four almost 4 hours to eat dinner. We saw several tables of 6 and more finish much faster than us. The longest wait was for dessert, all of which were served cold-so they had to be prepared well ahead of ordering. While the food tasted good, the atmosphere (we were seated at a high top table, and the stools were very uncomfortable to sit at for over three hours), and the overall lack of service will keep me from recommending this to anyone for a while.
