Very busy and loud, food was VERY GOOD
We took advantage of happy hour prior to dinner, the service was a little slow but the Artichoke dip in a bread bowl was excellent as were the cocktails. Dinner service was much faster. The duck Ramon was fabulous as were the short ribs. Beautiful presentation. Nice selection of wine and surprisingly good prices. Overall excellent experience. We enjoyed the coffee bar in the morning. All the staff were friendly. We will be back!
Valentines dinner with my wife. Quite disappointed with the quality of food. 2 star food with 4 star $$$$. Service was good. Hats off to the servers.
Angel provided amazing service.
Filet Mignon was perfectly cooked. Duck was crispy and tender with an amazing sauce.
Lastly the Chocolate Creme Brûlée was amazingly unique, fantastic flavors, slightly sweet and bitter with whipped cream and cocoa nibs on top.
We will definitely be stopping by for dinner on our next trip to Traverse City!
It was 7pm on Saturday night. Town was busy. Walked into the hotel restaurant and live music was playing, cute restaurant. Service staff friendly and prompt. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot out of the experience but was pleased. Had gluten free guest and one was gluten and dairy free. They accommodated the group of 8. Food was very good.
Interesting experience. It wasn’t horrible but I expected something different. The food was good, not great. The server had no idea if we had a reservation or not, not that we needed one since there was only 1 other table of people. We ordered a bottle of wine and she said she needed the manager because she “couldn’t tell which one we wanted” not sure what that meant, can’t you read labels? Just was weird. Again, the total experience wasn’t bad just not great and a bit “off”
Really beautiful setting. Fun atomosphere, had live music playing and the singer was amazing. A fun crowd and great food
Denis was an uplifting, pleasant and helpful in my having a good first time at this locality.
Cheerful, interaction as well as informative!
Food was good!
Perfect timing -17:00- good coffee, great porter, tasty food. Over all good experience.
Only disappointment was parking! Though Denis told me that for $6 valet parking can take care of this...
Amazing food! First night out for us in years, and it ended up being restaurant week. Service was great. Only disappointment was half way through dinner a band set up and we couldn’t even hear each other. If your wanting more of a space to spend time together I’d try a different time or other wise an other place.
Went for Restaurant Week. The menu had several selections and the food was good. However, the very open layout of the space sort of felt like eating in an auditorium. Also, once the bad started playing (in close proximity to our table) it became difficult to hear each other talk at the table. The wide expanse of windows is supposed to showcase the bay, but since you're at the same eye level as the very busy section of road, the constant cars passing were much more distracting than relaxing.
