We were a party of four adults and four kids and it was great after a long day at the beach and pool. Casual but slightly sophisticated it struck a nice balance for everyone. Adults felt like adults but the kids weren’t intimidated by the menu. Good experience for us all.
Nothing notable about the restaurant. Wasn’t terrible, but sure didn’t stand out in any way. Being in Maui with a limited number of meals I wish we had spent it elsewhere.
Great food. Delicious!!
Location and sunset - amazing! Unfortunately, it appeared there were only 2 servers and one bartender, so service was s l o w. We could have had a higher bar bill, but it took too long to receive our first round. Food was just ok and they were out of a few items we tried to order.
I’d go back to enjoy the sunset at the bar only.
Deep fried jalepenos and pickles were great. Roasted brussel sprouts were also delicious. Enjoyed the view of the sunset and the cool breeze in the large dining area.
Unassuming location at a tennis club, but amazing view, delicious food, and great value!
We found this little gem by accident. We didn’t have reservations anywhere and just pulled up what restaurants were close to us in wailea that had availability and this restaurant came up. When we first got there we were a little skeptical bc it looked like a tennis club and it seemed pretty quiet. But what a view and great sunset. It’s open air and we had a wonderful down to earth server named Karen. The Brussels sprouts were fabulous as were the fish tacos! The kids loved their meals too and we loved t so much we went back the next night again for our last meal in Maui. Quiet, yet fun, great view, nice people and yummy food. What more could you want!
Had a reservation at 7:45 when we arrived the sod machine did not work so kids were limited to what they could drink. Waiter was slow in taking our order and when they did show up about 20 minutes after we sat they told us they were out of fish so again we were limited in what we could order
We decided at that point to leave. Maybe it would be a good thing place to eat but they should tell you before seating you what Is happening with the menu so you can decide before waiting 20 minutes to go somewhere else
Such good food!! Brussels are amazing!
Great location for a good fun casual meal. The view is spectacular and the staff makes you feel very welcomed. Simple tasty food, done very well with out a big hit to the wallet.
Hidden gem, just good food with good people around. You get the Maui ohana feeling in the middle of touristville, yet all are welcome! And try the BBQ dip, ono-licious!
Gorgeous sunset view.
The open-air atmosphere was awesome, the view was great, and we all enjoyed our food. Our waitress (Keysha sp?) was very attentive and had a great sense of humor with our group of 14 including kids. We had a wonderful time!
Nice open air dining. Very casual.
Great food and great location! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly! Definitely suggest.
Walked over to the restaurant and were greeted by two guys who were happy to see us, not just the normal greeting.
The restaurant open air and had a very relaxing three person band playing cover tunes in their own style.
Fried pickles were unlike what we are accustomed to, lightly coated and flavorful. I had the wings and Brussel Sprouts and would do both again in a flash.
Good place to go and have a beer, be appreciated that you are there and listen to some music.
We walked here from our resort and were so happy we did. The food was out of this world - both in terms of quality and quantity. The staff was attentive and the live music just added another fun dimension to the whole experience.
Good food, good people; value for money. Nice view over the sunset while dinning.
Very reasonable prices, especially for the Wailea area. Good service and great food.
Had a a great atmosphere with live music. Service was top notch and the menu was full of great options. Highly recommend the crispy brussel sprouts and the avocado dreaming chicken burger!!
Beautiful setting with cold beer!!
Great little spot for casual food and terrific sunset views at dinner. Very friendly staff, nice selection of local and imported beers, and good comfort food. It’s tucked away near the entrance to Wailea Grand Champions so watch for the sign and walkway.
Good food, good service and great location for sunset.
Good comfort food.... not a fish restaurant.
Early Friday night dinner at around sunset 🌅. We had the flatbread appetizer which was very good and we both had the mahi salad. The mahi-mahi salad was really a very tasty piece of fish with a mountain of one kind of greens next to it. So, all good except the mountain of greens was too much and uninspired.
Excellent food and service!
We had a fancy cheeseburger and pesto alfredo pasta with salads. The salads were fresh and crisp and the entrees were great. The burger far surpassed Cheeseburgers in the Wailea Shopping Center. The open air setting above the Wailea Tennis Club is delightful and the views are spectacular. An excellent choice for a relative inexpensive dinner in Wailea.
James our server was great. The food was excellent and the ambiance was wonderful. Great music.
Restaurant was fine. We had a window table where we could see the sunset. We would go back.
We went here on our last night in Maui, Valentines Day, and the place was basically empty. We did have decent food and service but the place was not clean and was 90% empty. Not much ambience. We had been there a few years ago when I think it was called Joe's. That is why we went back because that time the place was vibrant and the food excellent. I will not go back.
This is a good neighborhood restaurant. Kind of noisy nothing fancy but good food.
Fun live music
Went on a Saturday night and they had a 2 person band singing that was great. The food was excellent, presentation and value very good. The service was excellent. It an open air atmosphere, casual dining and I could see watching some sports and just kicking back with friends over a few drinks.
The food was well above what I expected when we walked into this bar type restaurant. Our server James was hilarious and knowledgeable about the food. We had nachos, buffalo wings, poke bowl and an amazing burger. The cherry pie qualifies as comfort food for sure
We visited this restaurant when we were in Maui a year ago and had a nice meal and enjoyed the nice quiet setting. Unfortunately couldn't say the same for our recent visit on Friday 1/19/18. After reviewing the menu on their web site with our other 2 dining companions, we decided that it would be a good choice for dinner on our last night of our vacation. Upon arrival, we discovered that the menu for the night was no where near what was posted on line, instead it was a very limited menu if you can call that. The restaurant was woefully short staff, the place was loud and when we asked our waiter about the menu being different than the one posted on line, we got a very stern reply of "it's our menu for today and we change it daily"! Our entree took almost 3 0 minutes after we had our first course. Overall, a huge disappointment and we have had to apologize to our friends for recommending the restaurant.
Best Fried Pickles
Enjoyed a quiet dinner. Enjoyed the fish and chips, fish and burgers. Especially enjoyed the open air seating overlooking the Wailea tennis courts with a fabulous sunset.
Food had liquid smoke and it can ruin a meal
Music was good but unable to talk.
Beautiful view and awesome atmosphere.
A bit of a surprise, but nice people, good food, a nice beer and cocktail selection, and reasonable prices. We'd go back.
I ended up being violently ill after I ate the chicken salad but the rest of my party(didn’t have the chicken) was fine.
