   We booked a table but waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged by front of house, at which point the walk-in customers who did not have a booking were seated before us. As we had a theatre booking, we decided we could not wait any longer so we left the establishment. We did not feel welcomed, the restaurant itself felt chaotic and disorganised, and although it was not at capacity, clearly the staff were unable to cope with the volume of customers. This was the first time I have returned to Wahaca in 6 years, after a previous negative experience at the restaurant. I will not be coming back!

   The food tasted great, drinks were good and well made. It was a busy day and lovely and sunny, meaning the place was very full. Service was a bit slower than have experienced on previous visits, it took a while for food to come out and there was a long gap between the first person's food and other people in the group's food to come out.

   Large booth style table for 5 was offered in the corner but the downside was that we were directly under the speaker and then couldn't talk properly. Service was fast to start but we waited far too long for dessert. The table water bottle had seen better days and had some dirt in the bottom. Too much ice in the drinks, you get less cocktail for the money and they are not cheap at £15.95 each. The Wahaca for One was a good lunch order for £15.95 with a choice of two tacos plus nachos and dips. One of our party ordered the chicken taco and got beef instead. The toilets were untidy with discarded tissues and water spills. Overall we like Wahaca for the location and the food but some aspects could be better considering the prices.

   A lovely evening with friends at Wahaca, as it was a sunny day we sat outside, having a view of the River Thames topped it for us. Food is nice with lots of options, you won't overeat as the portions are just right. Staff are friendly and there's a good vibe in the restaurant. It's also a perfect spot if you want a pre-theatre bite to eat. There are stairs to get to the restaurant so it's not accessible for everyone sadly. I do definitely recommend visiting.

   Unfortunately the only part we enjoyed was the nachos. Service was poor, waiter was rude and overall food taste wasn't great. The drinks were mostly ice in our glasses and watered down. Hardly any drink. Overall would not recommend clming here.

   Waited 15 mins even tho I had a reservation. waited 15 mins to be served before I gave up and left. Staff (when present) were very nice but it was just chaos

    Food is consistently delicious. Margaritas both alcoholic & alcohol free are the best ever. Had a great bunker table for a family of 6 celebrating a birthday. The service was fast and appropriately attentive. Noise level was high on our visit as lots of families with young children & babies.
