W/A Restaurant and Bar takes its name from its former owner, William Alexander. For the culturalist in you, various artefacts nestled around the walls may prove a certain talking point whilst you enjoy a meal or simply relax and unwind over one of our signature cocktails expertly crafted by our mixologists.

W/A offers modern European cuisine with an excellent selection of cocktails, wines and champagnes for the most discerning epicureans. Breakfast and all-day brasserie-style dining can be enjoyed here.

The Library located just off the hotel’s lobby is somewhere for you to enjoy a quiet read, an informal meeting or to simply watch the world go by. Hot and cold beverages from the W/A Restaurant and Bar menu can be enjoyed here.

The restaurant was beautiful. Gorgeous toilets. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was a little subdued, I presume because it was a hotel restaurant. The service started out really well but after main course, it was really hard to get anyone’s attention.

The service was appalling. We had specified to our waitress at the very start of the evening that we had tickets at the Royal Albert Hall and hence had time constraints. Despite making this clear, she was very very slow at serving and taking our orders. Our booking was 6pm so the restaurant was very quiet, only 2 other tables dining. At the end of the meal, our bill was wrong and we had to send it back to be corrected. The food was delicious but the service does not make it worth the whole experience of dining here

Staff were friendly, food was great, and the ambience was just right! We had a three course meal and a few cocktails suggested by the waitress, it was great! We found our new Friday night date spot!

Had a wonderful dinner with my friends here. The design is very unique especially for the Afternoon Tea Room and the bar downstairs. Food was delicious - I had the veal and both my friends had the lemon sole the dishes were cooked to perfection. A lovely lady from France looked after us and recommended us a very lovely rose wine which was crisp and refreshing.
