   Our favorite Winter Park restaurant. Try the arugula and fennel salad with a tasty pancetta pizza - and affogato! Pleasant ambience and superb service.

   Food was terrible and the waiter did not even notice non of us eat our food! The carbonara tasted old and over cooked! The host was super friendly and the ambiance and decor looked promising! Fireplace in the bar but was not on, it was quite cold in the restaurant. Maybe this was due to the end of season , should not matter when you eat at a place but I would never recommend this place.

   Overall good restaurant. Only negatives were that I asked waiter if my order (Rigatoni Arrabbiata) was very spicy and he said no, but it was. Also, wife ordered gluten free pasta. They mistakenly brought her regular pasta so they had to cook the gf pasta and obviously this took a while. They apologized but didn’t offer any type of compensation which we were disappointed in.

   The food and service were excellent. So happy that Volario’s is open again after being closed during and after COVID. The ambience is elegant and welcoming. Such a nice treat to have in our beautiful mountain town! Can’t wait to go back.

   What a cute restaurant with great ambience in the Town of Winter Park. Enjoyed the preparation of the broccolini appetizer. The Wagyu bolognese was outstanding. A nice by the glass wine list. The service was friendly and warm. Dinner was perfectly paced out. Will definitely dine here again.

   OUTSTANDING! What an unexpected surprise to find such an outstanding restaurant in the middle of a local’s ski town. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and Volario’s made sure that it perfect in every way possible!!

    The food was delicious. Our waiter was very attentive. Our only issue was the restaurant was very warm inside. Almost too warm.
