From Naples to Santa Monica to Boise: the same passion for food.

A few words from the owner:

In 1969, I arrived in Los Angeles and I immediately noticed that the food served was much different tasting than the food that my family prepared in Italy. Upon questioning the restaurant owner regarding the non-traditional meals we were serving, I was told the food must be made according to American taste.

My commitment to you: I pledge to bring an authentic Italian dining experience, demonstrating the same passion I’ve had since the beginning.

Absolutely amazing! The perfect outing for showing your friends around town. The dishes are delicious and use home-grown ingredients, the staff is very nice and hospitable, and the food is more affordable than most other fancy restaurants in the area. A strong recommendation for anybody looking for some great authentic Italian food!

Always a treat coming here! Hands down, the Best Italian in Idaho with no doubt. Freshest and most Authentic Italian by far. Every dish is worth considering and ALWAYS save room for the Tiramisu! Nicely done as usual!

Had a lovely meal. Had swordfish flown in from Sicily and it was excellently prepared and much tastier than Atlantic swordfish. The server was friendly and the owner was helpful sharing his thoughts about the fish dish,.

So it was truly authentic. I just got back from Rome in Venice a few weeks ago and was still seeking good Italian food. The owner was attentive and the price was more than reasonable for what you received will definitely be back.

The food was great, the service was so so. It lacked the warmexchange we havbe had with other good eating places. Despite these petty concerns I will go again.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on Fathers Day at Vincenzo’s. The food was truly authentic Italian cuisine. We shared the mozzarella caprese and I had a delicious presentation of swordfish and my wife had pappardelle bolognese. The Italian wine suggested by Vincenzo was superb. Great atmosphere and great service topped the evening. We highly recommend a visit to our favorite restaurant!

The carbonara has been my favorite dish on the menu and now that Vincenzo isn’t doing the cooking it doesn’t taste the same. It’s still very tasty but the consistency is much thicker and pasty, which is not as good. Maybe new cook needs some pointers.
