Chef McCaw's food is complemented by our eclectic, carefully chosen wine list. An Enomatic preservation system allows us to present over 40 wines by the glass and half glass. We also serve hand-crafted cocktails and beer from our full bar.

        It could not have been nicer! The service was great and the food was excellent! We had the pecan crusted cod and the blackened chicken. It was delicious. We also had the brussel sprouts and chicken liver pate with all the additives for appetizers. Unbelievably great. Can’t say enough great things about the whole dinner. Will definitely recommend and definitely return!

        Always a great experience at Vin48. The Somm helped with some great wine selections and sharing dishes was a lot of fun for our group of six.

        Always top quality food with the options to share plates. Noisy inside, nice patio seating. Service friendly, helpful and informative. One of the best restaurants down valley.

        Our dinner could not have been better. My favorite was the cod, but the mussels were fabulous as well and our waiter, Aaron, was exceptional. We will return!

        We had an amazing culinary experience at Vin48. My husband had dined there earlier in the week and brought his brother and niece. We enjoyed 3 appetizers, a couple salads, 3 small plates and a few deserts. We also enjoyed great wines and a watermelon NA beverage. It was an amazing evening and the service is divine! I highly recommend!

        Great dinner at Vin 48. We decided to order several small plates and eat "tapas style". Everything we tried was excellent. The service was outstanding. They have a beautiful outdoor patio. We would definitely go back again! Highly recommend.

        My husband and I sat in the dining room which was lovely and very comfortable. The patio looked lovely as well. We had great wines, a delicious smoked trout spread with sweet and spicy potato chips as an appetizer. Then we enjoyed small plates including Shrimp with pasta and muscles. Our service was outstanding - strongly recommend!
