   Maybe it was just that night but service was bad. Friendly but took 20 min after we sat down to get water Then after we were served only checked in once So only 2 beers and left

   Highly recommend Villains for your birthday gathering! I celebrated my birthday at Villains with a group of 19 friends. I made the reservation about a week in advance. Our table was ready for us and our server, Cat, was patient and kind with our big group. Cat was also knowledgeable and great at making recommendations. We were able to do separate checks which was super helpful. AND...they gave us all a free birthday shot :) They were patient and cool with handling our large group. Everything was perfect, I was really impressed with the service. I wish there were more vegan options but I'm glad there was at least one :) Thank you, Villains!

   We came in excited to try something being advertised on socials. Asked the server twice if it was available. When our food came out it was a completely different platter and we were told that what we requested wasn’t available. She said we could enjoy the platter we received and change to just do brunch if we wanted. At this point, we were already upset that after asking twice and being told yes it was available that suddenly it wasn’t. Picked at the platter we go and decided we were over it at this point. Rechecked socials and there was no coming soon or this will be available X note. When we got the bill we were charged 99$ for the platter we didn’t order. Overall, we were just not pleased with our experience.

   We had a reservation for my boyfriends birthday at 9 which didn’t matter because there was a sign telling us to take a seat and that a waiter would be with us shortly. Once we sat down it took about 20 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us, while a family who came in after us got helped before me and my boyfriend did. Oh and once we did get help, the wait told us “well I hope at least you know what to order for a drink” as we had not even received a menu yet lol. Anyways maybe don’t come on a weekday, as they aren’t attentive since you have to seat yourself.

   The service has always been excellent and I have been here multiple times. The food is outstanding. They could have a better beer selection but what they have is very good. I recommend Villains to anyone

   Went with my GF..Service was Good, Tables are very dirty, Food is the type you get at a sporting event or a school cafeteria, Please don’t order the brisket nachos!!!! bagged blue corn chips, Canned cheese, and very little brisket.. Beers are great..

   Our waiter and the beer were the only redeeming qualities of the night. Our first impression was a separate waiter asking us where we waiting to it. Their attitude and energy was not welcoming. Also they don’t have any real indoor seating and there were not heaters. The vibe of the space I can see would fun on a night out but we were there to eat. The food was terrible! The chicken tenders were stringy and soggy. They weren’t crispy at all. The garlic sauce wasn’t very good. The waffle fries weren’t good either. I wish we remembered our waiters name to give him a shout out because he was so nice. I don’t think I’ll come here again for food but maybe a drink.

    Great food and drinks, very fun menu! The location just never seems to have enough servers for the amount of customers that are present. Service has scare check ins, and often forgets refills/items requested each time we visit.
