Lisa Vanderpump has created a sexy, stylish and romantic restaurant with a St. Tropez-like vibe with its large patio and its wonderous decor.
The restaurant was not busy. The service is super slow. Waited so long every step of the e way. To order, to get bread, to get the food, to get the check. They forgot some of our order. The waitress super cute and nice but very slow service. The food was not good. The chicken tasted old maybe frozen. Hamburger super dry also looked frozen. The steak was good but dry. Bolognese was ok. I was hoping to do my mom’s Birthday here but unfortunately I changed my mind. So disappointing because I love the look of this restaurant.
Service was lacking. Took a long time to be initially be greeted by our server. Then long wait for order to be taken. When food arrived, one dish was incorrect. Had to wait almost 10 minutes just to be able to grab our server and let her know we received the wrong item. Then wait for correct item to come.
The food was lovely as well as the setting. The only let down was the service. The staff were friendly but one of our party didn’t receive their main till after the rest of us had finished.
Worst food and service I’ve ever experienced
We were there for lunch and sat outside so noise level was traffic. The chopped salad is delicious. The servers are so nice and accommodating . I’ve never been there for dinner but it’s the perfect lunch spot !
Love this place!
Friendly servers and bussers. Food was flavorful and priced well. We had an amazing 2 hours of food, drinks and great conversation. The lobster ravioli was delicious. I’d definitely order that again. I do recommend the spicy ahi on sticky rice and the fig salad. We wanted something sweet and the carrot cake was perfect. Looking forward to dining there again.
We are big fans of Lisa Vanderpump and we loved the restaurant.... thank you
We have eaten at Villa Blance even before it was on the show. We were very disappointed this last visit. We sat outside by choice, but we were placed next to two drunk men from Germany. They were obnoxious and kept asking for more alcohol. Because our waiter and other staff were catering to them to keep them calm, we felt ignored. They never asked to refill my ice tea. I had to ask. It was only filled once from appetizers to the end of our dinner. It took a long time for them to take our order and no one offered us bread or asked if we needed anything. We were completely ignored, because they were giving their time and attention to the two drunk men. I give our waiter credit for keeping them calm and pacifying them. At least they didn’t do anything crazy. I feel that they should have been asked to leave. We were paying customers too. The food was good, but surprised there was no steak on the menu. My shrimp arribata only had 3 large shrimp in it. My husbands short rib was delicious. The fried artichoke hearts and burrata and prosciutto plate was also delicious. The food was good, but the service and the ambiance and flowers were not what is expected from Villa Blanca.
lOVED IT! SERVICE AND FOOD 5 STAR ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE
Loved it! Great food! My only criticism was that it was a little bit dark inside and hard to read the menu and there was a tv in the restaurant.
I had a friend visiting from out of town and we found this place courtesy of open table. We really enjoyed our experience and would absolutely go again. If you arrive before 6:30 you can grab a cocktail at happy hour price (would recommend the Rose 75) before you start into your food. We had pasta, appetizers, and sides and all were delicious although I think the star of the show was really the service. The staff was friendly and fun and really made the experience. The bill can go up quickly depending on your food selections and number of drinks which is something to be mindful of but all in all a great experience.
Our server, Rocco, and host, Nicholas, were both wonderful and welcoming. Food was also amazing! Loved in particular the Sinatra Smash cocktail, the Arugula Salad with Figs and Bleu Cheese, and the Pasta Bolognese. And their happy hour is CRAZY! Half off cocktails and all wine, bottles and glasses, from 4:30-6:30 seven days a week!! Our favorite place to go when we're seeing a show at the Wallis!
Our hostess was not very welcoming. Food was average. My hamburger was pretty dry. Mixed drinks were not very good. This is my second visit. Had a better experiences last time.
Went to LA and was super excited to go to Villa Blanca. I watch all the TV shows that this beautiful restaurant has appeared on. I was completely disappointed in everything outside of the decor. The service, the hostess and the food was not what I expected. Completely disappointed and will never go back.
We were excited to try the restaurant. We ordered cocktails to start even though I am not much of a drinker, the drinks were very weak. We ordered calamari which was did not have much taste. My entree was the filet of sole which had too much butter and was overcooked and tough. The spinach and beet quinoa which came with it was very good. The chocolate cake for dessert was just average. I really wanted to love this place but it fell short unfortunately. I hope they take note because there is so much competition just steps away with amazing food.
No LVP sighting but that’s ok. Service was just average and I was surprised the place was empty at 8:30pm on a Wednesday, but I’m from NYC so that might be the norm in Beverly Hills. The good news is we got our pick of tables and sat outside, I had the truffle bucatini and it was delish + an LVP rose. I’d go back for sure.
We were celebrating our birthdays, sat outside and shared an appetizer and an entree... delicious food and fabulous waiter!
The steak tar tar was outstanding
The lobster ravioli was the best I’ve ever had
Wonderful ambiance and scrumptious food, especially the Crab Cakes. Service was superior. Returning to L.A. next month and will definitely visit again.
The service was excellent. The drink menu was fantastic. My only lil complaint was dressing was not on the side on my salad and the amount of dressing was aggressive. Staff was friendly and attentive.
The service was very slow. Our waitress rarely came to check on us to refill drinks or check in with our needs. My friends and I went for brunch. The food was ok a nothing amazing or noteworthy. For the location and “hoopla” from the Vanderpump empire I expected a lot more and left disappointed.
I had not been back to Villa Blanca in 3 years. Last experience, not so good food-wise. So, this time I can rave about the food, the service, the ambiance, everything. I was impressed with the uniqueness and quality of food with the two pasta dishes we ordered. The appetizer of two crab cakes were perfect. Wine was perfect. The attentiveness of the entire staff, perfect. I will return sooner then 3 years.
Very good food, fun cocktails and amazing service. Our server made great suggestions. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Very enjoyable place for a business lunch, particularly on the patio where the noise level is lower.
Two salads, two cocktails and a Calamari took and hour and a half to two hours. It was pretty clear we were on a business lunch with a time limit. Calamari was dry and cold. Salads were sub-par at best. We had to ask for more dressing on both. Bread was small and dry. All completely overpriced. I went several years ago and was impressed. Not this time. Our server and the rest of the staff were clearly out to lunch. Too bad as my office is close and would have liked to taken more people there.
The service good , our group was running a little late and the restaurant was able to accommodate later time. I ordered bolognese pasta which was a recommended by our waiter . He said this is one of their popular pasta dish . I was a little disappointed the pasta was a undercooked ( the pasta was hard to eat ) I told our waiter and he said he will inform the cook. That was it !
Our server was Rocko and he was incredible. Food, ambiance, music, service, I can’t wait to go back. At the end of our meal, Lisa cake to our table and greeted us, I am a huge fan of the show and it was just an incredible way to end our dinner.
Rocco was excellent server. Very attentive and loaded with personality. We will definitely request him for our next visit. Food was , as usual, amazing. Been dining here for 10 years and have never had a bad experience. The Bolanase is best in the country absolutely perfect. Salmon dish is also prepared to perfection. Best value in Beverly Hills.
Awesome from start to finish, food was perfect, service, second to none, La la was amazing, answered all our questions, is just an awesome generous human being, manager was great too, came over & chatted, was happy to take pics w us & for us, an all round fantastic experience, wish I lived closer, would almost be worth flying there just for dinner lol... if we are ever in Lax again, will definitely go back
Very good food, great ambiance and great service. Food was a bit too salted at times but overall we were pleases with the restaurant.
Amazing food and service ! What a great time we had !
Friendly waiter with a warm personality. Had to ask for bread a few times. They should put out a bigger basket especially when salads are ordered. The food was very good and ample portions. Nice presentation with quality ingredients. I would prefer the salmon be wild-caught and not Atlantic. The music was very soothing and the volume was appropriate. Happy hour wine pour was inconsistent with the size of post-happy hour wine. Excellent Martini. Overall, I would go back and recommend it for it's relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere and good food.
We had an outstanding experience, the food, service and ambiance was perfect and we were not rushed at all. I also felt it was very well priced.
Food very good, all the waitresses and waiters were excellent.
Michael and Melissa
Food was eeh.
Very good food and ambiance.
I would choose Villa Blanca over SUR any day. We try and visit each when we are in town to bring our son back to college. Our server was top notch and the food was absolutely amazing. Beautiful decor, ambiance is lovely and we truly enjoyed our time eating there. Highly recommend for dinner! Aloha!
Staff were so friendly and very welcoming. Our waiter Moe was so friendly and very helpful and an excellent photographer. The whole experience was delightful and the food was so so tasty and an excellent menu to choose from. The decor was impeccable, excellent taste.
We came back to this establishment after having had a wonderful time a few years back. However, the food was subpar and the service was not that good. A margherita pizza is not a Chuck E cheese pizza with fresh sliced tomatoes and basil on top, and chantilly cream does not come out of a spray can. Our waiter was not very attentive and he seemed annoyed whenever we asked him how much longer the food would take (20 minutes for fresh berries and whipped cream?).
