A fabulous end to our mother daughter road trip ! It was a very wet day and the whole area was very subdued but it was great to walk into all the lovely fresh flowers and the food and staff were amazing. We ate in may places from San Francisco to LA and I can honestly say the food here was the most interesting and best prepared- by a narrow margin - we did have some fabulous meals along the way. The staff were very attentiveand very much a posititive part of the overall experience. The menu was also priced more reasonably than i was expecting in fairness.

I came in for an early dinner on a Sunday and was completely rushed through my meal. Part of the problem was I was sat at a table in the bar and served by a bartender. Although she was pleasant, it was very clear she had other priorities. I was only 1/4 done with my salad when my main was dropped off. The bartender was totally clueless as to how to manage a dining experience.

We waited for over an hour for a table. Then they tried to sit us at the darkest smallest table in the restaurant. We declined that table and asked to be sat outside. The food was mediocre. The restaurant and restroom was filthy.

We celebrated a special occasion with a party of 6 on a Saturday night. They promptly seated us when we arrived early for our reservation. We ordered wine off the menu that they were out of, so the waiter recommended a similar wine, which they were also out of, and we settled for our third choice. Ordering from the menu was a challenge because the lighting was so dim I had to use the candle to read the menu and it was so noisy that we had to shout to hear each other. Our appetizers came out of the kitchen at approximately the same time, but were delivered in 3 separate batches rather than all at once. I had the beet and avocado tartare which was quite good. Our entrees were served the same way, in batches and one of the orders was not right and had to be sent back, so we waited a while before starting. Fortunately they sent out a small plate to the person whose order was being remade so we could begin eating. My lamb entrée was delicious. The rice was very creamy but the asparagus was way too large, about the size of a quarter in diameter. They brought out complementary desert for the special occasion, which was very good. Service was at a relaxed pace, which was good for our special occasion.

From the moment we walked in to the time we walked out our experience was exceptional. Our host (Nicholas) had a pup on a leash we had just seen roaming that he had rescued and called it’s owner. Our server was Jake and he was phenomenal. A lady next to us left without her card and he ran to try and find her to return it. Our service was prompt and our food was magnificent. We each got salads (Caesars + Fig & Almond) and shared the Roasted Jidori Chicken and the flavor was to die for! A gentleman showed me to the restroom and grabbed the door for me and even asked how my service was. From start to finish this was our best experience during our time in California.

Excellent service. Excellent food. Had a biz dinner there and always a fear music will be a problem (at any place) and we could hear ourselves just fine! Food serverers were super sweet and attentive and we had a really good meal too. No pressure to leave, and had a successful meal and meeting!

It’s a nice ambience, however, if you are looking for high end food then you need to look elsewhere. Outside of the tuna tartare which was tasty, the lobster ravioli was below average, the Caesar salad was bland and although the filet was done well, the accompaniments were average. Expected more out of this restaurant LVP.

Terrible experience. The ladies room did not have any toilet paper or paper towels and was dirty. I told the hostess and nothing was done about it. Waited 15 minutes and finally another patron of the restaurant went in search of tp and found some to share. The hostess and our waitress walked past me 5 times while I waited for them to replace to tp and was completely ignored. We ate our appetizer and asked for our check and left. The men’s room was just as bad according to my husband. He said it was dirty and the toilet didn’t work. Very disappointed as I made a point to go there on my business trip to LA.

Went out with my girls to celebrate Valentines, and we had such an amazing and memorable night. The music, the food, our waiter- everything was top notch. We want to come back with our SO. I ordered for main entree Filet Mignon and lobster it Was ahmmazing! Great experience!

Super upsetting VDay experience. When you set a reservation at 930, apparently it’s ok for the hostess to change it to 945, then 10pm BUT seats us at 1030. Isn’t that something? Unbelievable. And what’s even more shocking is that no one in management even apologized or offered anything complimentary for all the standing and waiting us and the other parties waiting. Shittest experience ever!! The food wasn’t even that great, it tasted like something you prepackaged. Of course to top it all off, after waiting so long to get seated our drinks came out wrong. There goes $261 WITH $39 gratuity. What a scam!

Valentines dinner What a nightmare. We waited 2 hours and left the restaurant. We traveled from Huntington Beach And we were totally disappointed with our service, Bartenders were great. Our service from the time we sat to the time we had our appetizer was acceptable. Wee were not prepared for the hour of no conversation with anyone. Strong start poor finish. Valentine’s Day was a disaster thanks to this place. Their service was so backed up, that not only our table was sitting in wait about 20 minutes in between visits from the staff, but every table we saw. We sat 45 minutes after our reservation. They applied an auto gratuity to each table, which was just an added torment to our grueling 2+hour experience. I will never go back there.

i was very happy with the service. Except that they put the tip in the bill. Which they told me about and I forgot. So i added an additional 50 dollars to the tip. I was ok with it but I would have appreciated a call saying that I may have made a mistake. The total bill was 230. the tip added in was 38 and I added 50 to that. I guess my mistake. Anyways. In town for business & to see Bruce Willis. And to attend some of the Oscar parties w/ my daughter. met a friend for lunch. The waiter said “ U know this is Beverly Hills”. have no idea why. Young kid w/ red or strawberry blond hair. He was OK otherwise I did like the ambiance & decor & food much better than the restaurant, Sur n West Hollywood. I sat n a chair that was missing it’s stuffing, so the waiter was nice enough to switch it. But your restaurant looks & feels like it needs a lot of help.

I was really bummed by this experience. We had an 8pm reservation and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. We sat outside which was pretty empty. Once we ordered our food it took over an hour to come. They kept forgetting to bring things like shared plates, water refills. They ended up comping a round of drinks and dessert without us even saying anything because they knew how long it was taking. All in it was about 2.5 hour evening for no reason. The food was so so, I've had better and wouldn't go back
