We love this restaurant for it's amazing vibe and overall feel. the staff is always welcoming, the wine list is impressive and the menu is specific meaning it isn't a book like Cheesecake factory but not limited like most small plate restaurants. The hummus is amazing and I am not sure how they prep the pita bread but wow! We have literally tried 50% of the menu items and will be back to finish our quest.

Absolutely amazing! Sara our waitress was awesome! Sara thank you again you were the best. Great food and drink recommendations. Always making sure our drinks were full and food was great. This is my second time coming. The first time I came was a date night. This time I brought a friend and we sat on the high top bar side. Great place for good drinks and tapas with some friends. I enjoyed the food. We got to start beef skewers(amazing) then we got charred octopus, oysters, broccolini( sauce in it was great) and potatoes.

Vidrio is an upscale design, "hip", and interesting. Good for both business and personal. The Mediterranean food, small plate format is outstanding. They deliver as they are done, and conversations can continue. As an out-of-towner, Vidrio is one of my favorite.

This was my first time at Vidrio. The food was excellent. We were a group of 5 and tried many things. All were very tasty! The atmosphere is so cool. We all loved our dinner outing at Vidrio. Will definitely return.

From the food to the drinks to our server, Thomas, everything was top notch. We've had a hard time finding a good restaurant (that also fills up martini glasses) since moving here in August, but we're happy to say we finally found one. Can't wait to go back and try more of their interesting cuisine!

Vidrio is a truly unique, Mediterranean tapas-style restaurant. The attention to detail is remarkable in every aspect of the restaurant. Perfect spot for any occasion - from drinks to start the evening in town to an anniversary meal - you can't go wrong. I highly recommend the Braised Short Rib!

Always enjoyable at Vidrio. The only downside was the Cava ordered to celebrate a birthday toast. It was flat and tasteless. We were told that the bar orders it in large quantities and it comes in a box instead of bottle. We had to send back. The GM offered to open a bottle of Prosecco and replace our glass. Really nice of him! Everything else that evening was wonderful including our server!

This was the second time I visited Vidrio (the first was Raleigh restaurant week), and it definitely lived up to the very high bar it set the first time. The food was really scrumptious and beautifully presented (try the Salmon belly gravlax, it's divine) and the service was excellent. They also have an extensive wines-by-the-glass list, which was very nice when not all in your party are drinking. Cannot wait to visit again.

Loved the great service!! Got there ahead of our reservations and waited at the bar and ordered drinks. Great atmosphere with the fireplace! We were summoned close to our reservations. We were seated at the table with the sofa which had an excellent view of the restaurant especially the wall with over 700 pieces of handblown colored glass. We ordered the mushroom polenta and braised short ribs of beef (spiced parsnips tarragon and horseradish) and the harris ranch strip steak (guanicale roasted shallots potatoes and truffle mustard). Might I say YUMMY DELICIOUSNESS!

Our dining experience was eye candy from beginning to end: the glass wall with over 700 pieces of art is amazing. We picked charcuterie to start with cocktails. We also had a harissa spiced dip which was fresh and just enough zing. Portions for tapas are generous. Next we had two hot items: brocollini and salmon which were well cooked and spiced just right. Dessert included beignets and a strawberry mouse with champagne center. Looking forward to returning to Vidrio.

The grilled octopus was tasty and tender, the pasta was freshly made and delicious, the pork belly was fantastic and the drinks are unique blends of different elements that combine beautifully. The stunning wall mural looks like Venetian glass plates but was created by an artist from Ohio. Altogether, a great find in downtown Raleigh. Oh, and our server, Conrad, was just the best!

We had a 10:30 reservation and didn’t get sat right away. When we approached the bar, we were there for about 20 minutes and no one said a word to us, we didn’t even get water. The bar was busy but not overcrowded. When we were seated, we sat about 15-20 minutes and again, no one spoke to us, got us water, or stopped at the table. We noticed at least three servers pass by several times and no one approached, so we left. Poor experience on Valentines Day.

Valentine’s Day dinner... setting was not romantic, big room with seating to close the the person next to you but the tables were to long so you were far across from your date but closer to your neighbor. Not intimate at all. Would be fun for big groups but def not a great date spot to connect. Food was good, did not blow me away but was as expected .

This restaurant is Epic! It was our first time and all we could reserve same day was a bar table but I really didn't care once I got there. The service was impeccable, the food was outrageously good and the wine list is one of the best I have seen in Raleigh. Definitely will be going back as a regular.
