Absolutely no complaints about food, in fact it was pretty close to perfect. Service, unfortunately, was average. We didn’t get a server right away (although we did get water and chips right away) and what I assumed was the floor manager, took our drink order. Our actual server appeared busy. Even with that in mind, I would very easily return and recommend this restaurant.
The outdoor dining area was quite lovely, and we were fortunate to have a beautiful day to be there. Vidorra's service was strong, and the prices were reasonable.
Great place with great food. Music was loud but made for an exciting atmosphere. Street tacos and avocado tacos were so good!! Also the queso is a must order when coming here.
We had a great experience and loved everything about our meal. Will be back!!
I looked forward to checking this place out for awhile now. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. When we arrived and let them know we had a reservation they seemed annoyed. They tried to say the only spot they had open was in the upstairs bar.. which was so incredibly loud we couldn’t hear each other. We let the hostess know we didn’t want to sit up there. Went downstairs and waited for 20 mins for another table. It was odd because the restaurant was empty.. it was only 5:30pm. Finally got a table. Food was okay. I liked the uniqueness of the dishes. Our server wasn’t very attentive.. kept walking by on the next row and would yell.. “y’all good?” And to top it off.. both my husband and I got sick after. :( I wanted to love this place! Unfortunately it wasn’t the case. Sad!
To be fair, the food was excellent. The fried avocado tacos and Queso blanco was out of this world. However, the whole reason we booked here was to be on the patio for my birthday. When we arrived for a 5:30 pm Saturday reservation, we were seated inside. When I asked why we couldn’t be on the patio as reserved, the hostess said that was a preference and not a guarantee with an abundance of sass. Normally, I wouldn’t really care but my older parents were in town and COVID is still a thing... They were uncomfortable the whole time. The music was also really loud so we felt like we were shouting at each other. Overall, it’s delicious but unfortunately, it seems like they really don’t have it all together.
The restaurant was ok and the food was average at best (we ordered Enchiladas and did not love it). When I was called by the restaurant to verify my reservation, I asked if we could have a nice table as I was going on a date. The lady on the phone said, sure no problem. When we arrived we got a mini table in front of the kitchen area (which of course was very bright due to the kitchen lighting and took away the romantic feel), next to the stairs that lead up to the party area (of course there was a lot of foot traffic...) and next to the restrooms!!...That is not what I was expecting. When I asked if we could move to a different table, the answer was, we are fully booked, no chance...This was not the best experience...
Very busy, great food. Service was a bit slow, but will definitely be back.
Outdoor patio is soo cute. Little birds flying around are a little scary at first but the are well behaved and won’t bother you, they will come help clean up after you eat. Food is good, don’t touch that bowl with the cheese, it’s hot. Lol
Could use a better water selection, I asked for bottled they gave me ozarka, I was expecting acqua panna
The food was delicious & so was the margaritas. Love the atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
Nice ambiance and good drinks!! Waitress was patient and kind. Only complaint was our food was cold.
The food was AMAZING! Still framing of the queso & margaritas that we ordered. Our server was also amazing. The decor & ambiance of the place was so cute. Nothing but great things to say about this place!
Very trendy/pretty restaurant, but quality of entrees don’t quite live up to their pricing. Recommended for great drinks and apps prior to a night out in Deep Ellum but would probably go elsewhere for dinner or brunch!
Such a fun vibe a great food! The tacos, floutas, and queso are awesome. I’ve been a few times and the service has always been slow which is disappointing
Great tasting food. My husband loves salmon and he said this one is the best so far. Also it was our anniversary celebration and on the request I had requested write a small surprise on our dessert and they brought out champagne w sparklers. Loved it all!
Great food. Server was subpar for this level of restaurant.
Arrived on time for our reservation, but wasn’t seated for 25-30min. It took 30+ minutes just to get drinks, and over an hour for our food! Then the food came out wrong for 2 different people. One of my friends is allergic to cheese and specifically requested it not be in his food, the server mentioned it didn’t come with cheese but when the food arrived it was in his tacos. Overall the environment is nice but my experience was ruined by the poor service.
Not enough servers- our server really busted her butt and did great work but we felt bad that she was the only one covering several tables
It was amazing
Food wasn’t as good as expected. The drinks were great though.
I guess I can start by checking in part , we are in line but the millones never moves because the girls checking people in is more attentive to the people who just walk up from the sides and want info or something else I told her can we please get checked in I have a reservation you keep helping these people who are not even in line so once we checked in we got our table nobody came for a good 20 minutes then we ordered drinks they said they ran out of bud light so then I ordered just a coke well turns out no coke either I said I’ll just stick with water then food arrives had no issues there food was great but as we where eating they started to move chairs outside and took our chairs as well I asked are we closing or something we are not done here but after everything I just Asked for the ticket paid and left food was great but staff have no manners and can really ruin your night
We love it ❤️ Definitely coming back again food was delicious overall super fun
Had a great time
First time there. It was extremely hot, I left with my shorts drenched.
Food was great. Service a bit delayed but decent but being hot was just uncomfortable.
Glad I tried it but don’t see me returning.
Very hot... we were sweating the entire time.
Service was great!
The venue was beautiful, and the food was exceptional. However the hostess team at the front is very rude. I don’t usually leave a bad review but this is my 5th time making a reservation with the same person who is a hostess, and not her and the manager are rude and non compliant. I always am miss informed when I want to get a certain table at the rooftop and continuously changing my seating.
Great service & the food was very tasty. My suggestion is to make sure the air condition is running, it was very very warm inside. I suggest visiting this location during the fall, winter and early spring avoid the summer.
Server made us
It was a great experience

We came here for my birthday dinner and it was SO much fun! I definitely recommend making a reservation. Once I did they even called to confirm and ask what the occasion was (if any) and offered to do something special and to bring the cake out with sparklers when ready! The food, drinks, ambiance, waitress and best of all safety measures were great! 10/10 recommend.
I’ve also been for brunch at their rooftop (pre-covid) and for cocktails and it’s always a great experience!
The hosts are very aggressive. We understand there is a wait but the way they speak to people is very arrogant. They are not organized at the door.
I was asked to wait in line even though I had a reservation. If thats the case, create two lines, those without reservations and those with.
Then, even if you have a reservation and they can’t accommodate a request, they’re very rude about it. Like, I get you can’t accommodate me for specific request but talk to me kindly.
The hosts act like its some kind of exclusive club, please relax. At the end of the day my money is spent there.
Love the food. Love the staff. Drinks are amazing. Retrain the hosts.
Graduation celebration
MASKS!!! The bartender did not wear a mask at all!!!
We got rushed out didn’t get to eat or drink Comfortable
We had a great time! The food was delicious, the drinks were super yummy and refreshing and the atmosphere is just so fun. We also loved our server - she was super sweet and helpful. There were 4 of us and my fiance and I just got engaged, so they also brought us all glasses of champagne on the house, which was such a fun and sweet surprise.
Everything went so smooth! From the hostess to our server A.J. He was very attentive and always approached our party with a smile. He engaged in great conversation and knew the menu items very well. We will definitely be dining with Vidorra again very soon! Thank you!
We celebrated a family birthday and it was perfect. Food was delicious.
No one that worked there was properly wearing masks. They were not enforcing it with any customers. The spacing in the place didn’t meet 6 ft requirement. Our table hadn’t been cleaned.
